    • Let go by Cleveland
Sirmon was waived by the Browns on Monday, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Advice: The quarterback signed with the Browns on May 12 after participating in the team's rookie minicamp. During his final collegiate season at Northern Colorado in 2023, Sirmon completed 56.4 percent of his passes for 1,255 yards, eight touchdowns and nine interceptions. Rotowire.com 3 minutes ago

    • Back in Cleveland
Havrisik signed with the Browns on Monday, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Advice: The kicker rejoined the team after getting waived May 14. Havrisik signed a reserve/future contract with the Browns in January after spending time on Cleveland's practice squad last year. The second-year pro appeared in nine games for the Rams in 2023 and made 15 of 20 field goal attempts and 19 of 22 extra point tries. Rotowire.com 8 minutes ago

    • Suffers serious injury
Sanders suffered a torn Achilles Monday, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Advice: The second-year linebacker played in all 17 games as a rookie but only started four, making 24 tackles. Sanders was likely to play a role in Denver's inside linebacker rotation with projected starters Alex Singleton and Cody Barton. Now, the 2023 third-round pick will miss most or all of the 2024 campaign. Rotowire.com 25 minutes ago

    • Returns to action
White (biceps) took part in Arizona's first OTA Monday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: The linebacker tore his biceps in Week 11 of the 2023 season and missed the last six games. Before going out with the injury, White recorded 90 tackles and three passes defensed. The Cardinals signed him to a two-year, $10-million contract in 2023, so White should be in line to start this year if he stays healthy. Rotowire.com 36 minutes ago

    • Jaycee Horn amends offseason routine for health
Panthers CB Jaycee Horn made changes to his offseason routine in an attempt to stay healthier.

Advice: Horn has missed more games than he has played in after the Panthers selected him No. 8 overall in the 2021 NFL Draft, appearing in just 22 games while missing 29. He reportedly added more weightlifting to his offseason routine, saying Monday, “Just trying to switch something up and start from ground zero and build my body back up.” Horn added, “I know what I’m capable of, and I still feel like I’m one of the best DBs in this league. I’ve just got to be out there to show it. So, that’s what I’m looking forward to doing.” Horn will play the 2024 season on the fourth year of his five-year rookie deal after the team exercised his fifth-year option in April. • Continues to progress in rehab
Jones (knee) took part in 7-on-7 drills during Monday's OTA, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: After signing a four-year, $160 million contract with the Giants last offseason, Jones didn't live up to increase in pay in 2023, mostly due to a neck injury and then a torn ACL that he suffered in his right knee Week 9. Overall, he completed 108 of 160 passes (67.5 percent) for 909 yards, two touchdowns and six interceptions while taking 40 carries for 206 yards and another TD in six appearances. Since undergoing surgery Nov. 22, Jones progressed to throwing by late February and running and some cutting by early May, with the aim to receive full medical clearance by training camp. He's expected to retake the reins of the offense once he's healthy, but two of the options on the quarterback depth chart behind him (Drew Lock and Tommy DeVito) have starting experience under their belts. • Daniel Jones participates in 7-on-7 drills Monday
Giants QB Daniel Jones participated in 7-on-7 drills Monday.

Advice: Jones’ presence on the field for 7-on-7 drills Monday seems to confirm previous reports that the Giants signal caller would be ready for the start of preseason camp as he works his way back from a torn ACL suffered in November. Jones and the rest of the New York offense got one of the top playmakers in this year’s draft when the team selected WR Malik Nabers in the first round, a player that should immediately step into the primary pass-catching role in his rookie season. The biggest concern for the Giants offense had been whether or not Nabers would get any real repetitions with Jones prior to the start of the regular season, something that now seems to be a moot point. • Stafford on the field for OTAs Monday
Rams QB Matthew Stafford was present for the opening day of OTAs Monday.

Advice: Stafford’s presence for the opening day of OTAs is notable considering the veteran quarterback had expressed intent to seek more guaranteed money in his contract this offseason, placing doubt in his status for organized team activities leading up to camp in the process. It also speaks to his level of health heading into the 2024 season after Stafford battled multiple injuries the previous two years. Either way, consider it a slight boost to Stafford’s fantasy value for the coming year. Rotoworld Today, 3:41 pm

    • Bryce Young ‘doing fantastic’ in new offense
Panthers HC Dave Canales said Bryce Young is “doing fantastic” in the team’s new offense.

Advice: Coming off one of the worst rookie years in recent memory, anything that’s positive is good news for Young, who is hoping to put a disastrous 2023 campaign behind him. Canales added that Young has “really mastered” learning the routes and desired footwork for plays early on, and praised him for his consistency. Canales was instrumental in Baker Mayfield’s bounce-back with the Buccaneers last season. His success with Mayfield is ultimately what helped him land his role with the Panthers this offseason, as owner David Tepper hopes his former No. 1 pick can display some of the promise that made him the the top selection in last year’s draft. An early mastery of the offense is a great sign for Young, but we’ll have to see how this continues to transfer to the field once training camp starts up in a few months. Rotoworld Today, 3:04 pm
