• Full go at team OTAs
Williams (ankle) was a full participant at the Cardinals team OTAs this week, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Advice: Williams ended the 2023 campaign on the sidelines for Arizona's season finale due to an ankle injury, but the cornerback appears to be a full go ahead of his sophomore year with the Cardinals in 2024. Defensive coordinator Nick Rallis has taken notice of him at OTAs and he could be set to take a leap in his second year in the league after recording 23 tackles, an interception and two pass deflections over nine games in his rookie season. • Participating in OTAs
Clark (knee) is participating fully in OTAs this week, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: The veteran safety tore his ACL last summer and missed the entire 2023 campaign after he was acquired from the Ravens last March. Clark re-signed with New York on a one-year deal this offseason and should have a chance to win a starting job in the Jets secondary. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 6:47 pm

  • Back on field
Porter (concussion) participated in OTAs on Wednesday, Chris Adamski of Triblive.com reports.

Advice: Porter was unable to finish the Steelers' wild-card loss to the Bills in January after suffering a concussion. However, the second-year cornerback has since cleared protocol and is back on the field this spring, signaling that he'll be ready to go for the start of the 2024 season. • Limited in OTAs
Diggs will be working on the side as the Cowboys open OTAs on Wednesday while he continues to recover from a torn ACL suffered last September, Nick Harris of the team's official site reports.

Advice: Diggs suffered the injury in a Sept. 21 practice and saw his 2023 campaign come to an early end after playing in just two games. The Cowboys haven't reported that Diggs has hit any snags in the recovery process, but he'll still be operating under some restrictions in the spring. It's unclear if the Cowboys expect Diggs to be a full participant for the start of training camp in the summer. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 2:44 pm

  • Recovered from injury
Delpit (groin) participated in OTAs on Wednesday.

Advice: Delpit missed the Browns' last four regular-season games as well as their wild-card loss to the Texans while recovering from groin surgery. Now healthy, the LSU product is expected to open the 2024 season as a starting safety. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 2:35 pm

  • Returns to field
Scott (knee) participated in OTAs on Wednesday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Scott missed the entirety of his rookie campaign after suffering a torn ACL last June. The California product is healthy now and should get a chance to compete for a starting role at free safety during the offseason program and training camp. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 2:31 pm

  • Healthy once again
Hellams (concussion) took part in OTAs on Tuesday, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

Advice: Hellams entered concussion protocol as the 2023 season came to an end, but he is now healthy and ready to take the field. The Alabama product saw his role grow as last season progressed and is expected to begin the 2024 campaign in a starting role at safety. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 2:28 pm

  • Expected to remain in New Orleans
Saints head coach Dennis Allen said Wednesday that Lattimore (ankle) will be on the roster in 2024, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Lattimore missed the final seven games of the 2023 campaign due to an ankle injury, but he appears to have moved past the issue. The four-time Pro Bowl cornerback has been in trade rumors as of late, but after Allen's "positive conversation" with Lattimore, the cornerback is expected to remain in New Orleans in 2024. Lattimore will presumably be the Saints' top cornerback once again and will be joined in the secondary by Paulson Adebo and 2024 second-round pick Kool-Aid McKinstry (foot). • Misses Tuesday's session
Edwards sat out Tuesday's OTA session due to a shoulder issue, Alec White of the Bills' official site reports.

Advice: The Bills haven't indicated that Edwards' injury is anything serious, so he'll likely be back on the field by the time training camp opens in the summer. After signing a one-year deal in March, Edwards has a good chance of starting at free safety with Buffalo having thus far not made an effort to re-sign longtime secondary mainstay Micah Hyde, who is currently without a team and is a question mark to return to football due to long-time neck issues. Even if Hyde does return to the Bills, the younger and healthier Edwards may be the team's preferred starter anyway. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 6:45 am
