  • Report: Eli 'likely' to start again on Sunday
SNY's Ralph Vacchiano reports Eli Manning is "likely" to start in Week 15 against the Dolphins.

Advice: "The demands on a running back with an ankle are different than the demands on a quarterback with an ankle," coach Pat Shurmur said on Daniel Jones' injury. "But I still think it's important to remember that a part of Daniel's game is his ability to move around." Narrative-wise, it makes sense Manning would get the nod over Jones since this will likely be the 38-year-old's final home start in his illustrious Giants career. He would arguably make for a stronger streaming option than Sam Darnold or Mitchell Trubisky (among others) since the Giants are quietly implied to score 25 points by Vegas. • Lamar (quad) questionable, will start on TNF
Lamar Jackson (quad) is questionable for Week 15 against the Jets.

Advice: Jackson was a full participant at practice Wednesday and reaffirmed earlier in the week that he would play. Fantasy players shouldn't waste brain cells overthinking this situation: Jackson is inarguably Week 15's No. 1 quarterback against New York's injury-riddled defense. Rotoworld.com Today, 11:08 am

  • Winston (thumb) practicing without football
Jameis Winston (thumb) was a limited participant for Wednesday's practice.

Advice: Winston went through drills without gripping a football — something we've been told is important for quarterbacks to be able to do. He labeled himself "day-to-day" as backup Ryan Griffin took all first-team reps on Wednesday. Coach Bruce Arians speculated Winston would be limited at practice earlier this week, so there's nothing to fret here just yet. He obviously needs to be downgraded if he's still unable to hold a football stemming from his thumb fracture during Friday's pivotal session. Rotoworld.com Today, 10:52 am

  • Daniel Jones out of boot, practices Wednesday
Daniel Jones (ankle) is practicing Wednesday.

Advice: Jones was out of his walking boot and took reps with the twos in the portion of practice open to the media. It was Eli Manning taking the snaps from starting C Jon Halapio. It's a good sign for Jones' eventual return this season, but most beat writers are expecting Manning to get at least one more start with Jones potentially eyeing Week 16. Rotoworld.com Today, 8:26 am

  • Eagles put up 20 unanswered to survive Giants
Carson Wentz completed 33-of-50 passes for 325 yards and two touchdowns in the Eagles' 23-17, Week 14 overtime win over the Giants Monday night.

Advice: This game featured the worst first quarter of pro football we've seen all season. Neither team could move the ball, and Wentz was overall pretty terrible the entire first half. He went to the break with 97 passing yards and a lost fumble and the Eagles getting booed off the field down 17-3. Philly dominated the second half, however, but it was still not a good look to be pushed to the brink and into overtime on your home field by the 2-10 Giants. Both of Wentz's scores were two-yard hookups with Zach Ertz. By the time the game ended, the Eagles had literally one healthy receiver, Greg Ward. Wentz has been brutal in 2019, but the 6-7 Eagles now control their own destiny with the Redskins, Cowboys, and Giants in Weeks 15-17. Rotoworld.com Monday, 8:38 pm
