  • Ravens ink GOAT Justin Tucker to 4-year extension
Ravens signed K Justin Tucker to a four-year, $24 million contract extension.

Advice: Tucker gets $17.5 million guaranteed. The deal, per ESPN's Adam Schefter, will make Tucker, 32, the NFL's highest paid kicker. Tucker has certainly earned the highest-paid-kicker status after a decade of clutch kicking in Baltimore. The big-footed Tucker, who last year set the league record with a 66-yard bomb at the buzzer against the Lions in Week 3, has drilled 91.1 percent of his 358 field goal tries since entering the league in 2012. He's made a mind-boggling 72.8 percent of his kicks beyond 50 yards. Last year, he made all six of his attempts from outside 50 yards. Though the Ravens' red zone aggressiveness sometimes limits Tucker's opportunities, he should be the first kicker off draft boards in 2022.  NBCSportsEDGE.com Yesterday, 9:28 am

  • Steelers ink Chris Boswell to four-year, $20M deal
Steelers signed K Chris Boswell to a four-year, $20 million extension.

Advice: The last member standing of Pittsburgh's "Killer B's", Boswell is now tied with Justin Tucker as the highest-paid kickers in the league. Boswell's deal includes $12.5 million in guarantees. He has connected on at least 90 percent of his field goal attempts in four of the past five seasons. His hit rate on extra points has never dipped below 89 percent. Boswell's accuracy while kicking for a capable offense makes him one of the best fantasy options at the position every year, and 2022 is no different.  NBCSportsEDGE.com Aug 1, 2:41 pm
