    • Dropped by Denver
The Broncos waived Leonard (undisclosed) with an injury settlement Thursday, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Advice: The 6-foot-5 tight end went undrafted out of Georgia Tech this past offseason before being picked up by the Broncos. Both the nature and severity of Leonard's injury are currently unknown, but he will be able to sign elsewhere once he proves that he's medically ready to return to the field. • Past thumb injury
Wiley (thumb) was spotted working out during Wednesday's mandatory minicamp session, Zach Selby of the Commanders' official site reports.

Advice: Wiley injured his thumb during this year's Senior Bowl, but with his participation in Washington's mandatory minicamp, it seems as if he's moved past the issue. The 23-year-old running back out of Arizona was picked up by the Commanders after going undrafted, and he likely has an outside chance at making the team's final roster. • Back at minicamp
Milne (groin) was spotted working out during the Commanders' mandatory minicamp session Thursday, Zach Selby of the team's official site reports.

Advice: Milne missed all of Washington's 2023 campaign due to a groin injury sustained in late August of last year, but it now seems as if he's moved past the issue. The BYU product was the Commanders' primary return man the last time he was on the field (2022), tallying 311 punt return yards and 300 kick return yards in 15 games. Now that he's returned to form, expect Milne to compete for another special teams role as the offseason continues. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:27 pm

    • Past knee issue
Reed (knee) was spotted working out during Wednesday's mandatory minicamp session, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: The eight-year veteran missed the Seahawks' 2023 season finale due to a knee issue, but it now seems as if he's moved past his injury. Reed produced at a high level in the 16 games he appeared in last season, recording 54 total tackles, including 7.0 sacks, while also defending two passes. Now that Reed is back at full health, he's expected to remain one of Seattle's top interior defensive linemen in 2024. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:22 pm

The Broncos signed Smith on Thursday, Jordan Schultz of BleacherReport.com reports.

Advice: Smith, who spent his 2023 campaign with the Falcons, appeared in 11 games last season, tallying 19 total tackles, one pass defended and one forced fumble. Now that he's found a new home in Denver, the 27-year-old is expected to compete for a depth spot in the Broncos' linebacker corps. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:08 pm

    • Chase Young (neck) eyeing return for training camp
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports Chase Young (neck) “received a positive report from renowned neck specialist Dr. Robert Watkins” and he “plans to participate in training camp.”

Advice: Issues concerning Young’s neck became public shortly after he signed with the Saints, who said they were aware of the injury prior to signing the former No. 2 overall pick. Young totaled 7.5 sacks and seven TFLs last season while splitting time between the Commanders and the 49ers. He underwent a surgical procedure to correct the issue and is expected to undergo more tests in about six weeks, per Fowler. Young signed a one-year, $13 million contract with the Saints and is hoping a successful 2024 can lead to a big payday next offseason. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:05 pm

    • Seahawks restructure Dre’Mont Jones’ contract
Seahawks restructured DL Dre’Mont Jones’ contract.

Advice: The Seahawks signed Jones to a three-year, $51 million contract last offseason. He went on to appear in all 17 games for them while totaling 4.5 sacks and five TFLs but did little to help a defense that allowed the second-most rushing yards per game and the third-most yards overall. According to The Seattle Times’ Bob Condotta, Jones’ restructured deal creates $7.4 million in cap space for the Seahawks, while they also added two void years for 2026 and 2027. • Ravens expect Humphrey to be ready for camp
Ravens HC John Harbaugh said he expects Marlon Humphrey to be ready for training camp.

Advice: According to Harbaugh, Humphrey is dealing with “nagging things.” The veteran corner dealt with a foot surgery that limited him at the start of last season and missed four games with a calf injury. After being sidelined in the divisional round of the AFC playoffs, Humphrey returned to play in 13 snaps of the AFC Championship game against the Chiefs. Humphrey earned a PFF coverage grade of 62.7 last season but surrendered just 236 yards and one touchdown on 19 receptions. The soon-to-be 28-year-old remains one of the premiere corners in the league when healthy. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:32 pm

    • Najee Harris did not practice at Steelers minicamp
ESPN’s Brooke Pryor reports Najee Harris did not participate in Steelers minicamp practices despite attending.

Advice: Harris was reportedly excused from Tuesday’s practice but did not participate in Wednesday or Thursday’s practices despite being present. Mike Tomlin assured Pryor that Harris’ absence is “not anything that’s going to be an issue whatsoever, regarding health.” Tomlin furthered the point by sharing his view that minicamp is best used to learn more about lesser-known players. Whatever Harris’ issue is, it is not expected to impact his Week 1 availability at this time. Harris has one year remaining on his contract with the Steelers declining his fifth-year option this offseason. Rotoworld Yesterday, 11:56 am
