A skillful draft-day performance by the GM of LaFleur's Cram Hole turned the No. 7 overall pick into a projected 1st-place finish. After picking up multiple 49ers in the early rounds (Deebo Samuel and Eli Mitchell), LaFleur's Cram Hole are predicted to finish 11-3 (3,257 points) in League of the Ordinary.

  • J.K. Dobbins

Best Pick: What a nice late-round value for LaFleur's Cram Hole, who got Dobbins at No. 87, about four rounds later than his ADP of 60. Dobbins is projected to score 307 fantasy points with the Ravens, which would make him the No. 5 RB for this squad.

  • Devin Duvernay

Going out on a Limb: You may have gotten a bit too excited when deciding to choose Duvernay in the 12th round, about four rounds earlier than his ADP of 130. Then again, perhaps you're onto something? Projected to score 360 fantasy points this season with the Ravens, he appears set to take a step forward from last year when he racked up 33 receptions for 272 yards and 2 TDs, earning 186 fantasy points. According to projected points, Duvernay will slot in as the No. 1 WR for LaFleur's Cram Hole to begin the season.

Draft Notes

  • The early bird gets the worm. You beat your opponents to the punch at tight end, drafting Travis Kelce (No. 23 overall) as the first TE off the board. You were more patient at running back, becoming the last manager in the league to draft a RB with the selection of Eli Mitchell (No. 39 overall).

  • LaFleur's Cram Hole are in for a rude awakening in Week 9 when they have five players on a bye (Najee Harris, Eli Mitchell, Deebo Samuel, Amari Cooper, and T.J. Watt). Rayray, your Week 9 opponent, won't be quite as encumbered with only two players (Diontae Johnson and Dalton Schultz) on the sideline.

  • For the first half of the season, LaFleur's Cram Hole have one of the toughest schedules in League of the Ordinary according to projections with an early-season strength of schedule that rates as the 2nd-most difficult. Despite that, for the season as a whole, LaFleur's Cram Hole should expect a pretty fair schedule ranked as the 4th hardest.

  • With an average of 4.9 years of NFL experience, ranking in the middle of the pack for the league, LaFleur's Cram Hole seem to be counting on veteran leadership to rein in youthful exuberance. As an example of that moderation, they didn't select any of the two rookies drafted.

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
