Starting with a juicy draft position (No. 2 overall), SAWTOOTHS had an outstanding performance. After picking up multiple Panthers in the early rounds (Christian McCaffrey and DJ Moore), SAWTOOTHS are predicted to finish 1st in OklahomIraqis League AFC with a record of 12-1 (2,577 points).

  • Chris Thompson

Biggest Steal: SAWTOOTHS notched a nice late-round bargain in choosing Thompson with the 2nd pick in the 13th round, about four rounds later than his ADP of 127. After a season in which he ran for 138 yards and caught 42 balls for 378 yards in 11 games, totaling 94 fantasy points, Thompson is projected to score 203 fantasy points with the Jaguars. That makes him a valuable No. 3 RB for this squad.

  • Diontae Johnson

Going out on a Limb: Are you friends with Denzel Washington? Because you must have had an "Inside Man" telling you to select Johnson at No. 86, about 22 slots earlier than his ADP of 108. Then again, maybe you're onto something. Projected to score 222 fantasy points this season with the Steelers, he looks poised to take a step forward from his rookie year when he caught 59 balls for 680 yards and 5 TDs to earn 176 fantasy points. According to projections, Johnson will slot in as the No. 4 WR for SAWTOOTHS to begin the season.

Draft Notes

  • SAWTOOTHS are in for a rude awakening in Week 13 when they have five players on a bye (Christian McCaffrey, Mike Evans, DJ Moore, Robby Anderson, and Ronald Jones II). Your Week 13 opponent, Cocks, won't be quite as short-handed with only one player (Ke'Shawn Vaughn) on a bye week.

  • SAWTOOTHS won't face too many obstacles in OklahomIraqis League AFC this season based on projections with a strength of schedule that rates as the easiest. But don't get complacent. Light schedules can turn troublesome without warning if you're not attentive.

  • SAWTOOTHS compiled a strong squad across the board. The top players from each position, combined, are slated to tally the 4th-most points in the league. But you didn't stop there, as the rest of the roster is expected to combine for a point total that would rank 2nd.

  • Despite offensive openings at QB and TE in the 6th round, SAWTOOTHS selected RB Ronald Jones II with the 83rd pick, filling the WR/RB flex position instead of a position of greater need.

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
