Having the top pick in the draft doesn't guarantee a title. In this case, however, it very well could. Neopol jets did what top-tier fantasy managers do when they land the No. 1 overall pick. They built a juggernaut. The team is especially tough at the running back position, as Christian McCaffrey and Raheem Mostert are slated to combine for the 2nd-highest point total of all starting RB groups in the league. Neopol jets are predicted to finish in first place in CZNFL D League 20 with a mark of 11-2 (1,977 points).

  • Chase Edmonds

Biggest Steal: Neopol jets notched a tremendous late-round bargain when they picked up Edmonds at No. 168, about three rounds later than his ADP of 127. Coming off a season in which he ran for 303 yards and 4 TDs and recorded 12 catches for 105 yards and 1 TD in 12 games, totaling 77 fantasy points, Edmonds is projected to score 31 fantasy points with the Cardinals. That makes him a valuable No. 3 RB for this squad.

  • Matthew Stafford

Most Likely to Improve: For most owners, this is when we would tell you how you got ahead of yourself during the draft. But apparently, you're not normal, as we couldn't find any mistakes. So instead, let's highlight more positive news. Of all the offensive picks by Neopol jets, Stafford is expected to take the biggest jump from last year. Following a season in which he threw for 2,499 yards and 19 TDs with 5 interceptions in 8 games, totaling 172 fantasy points, Stafford is projected to score 282 fantasy points with the Lions, a 64% gain, which makes him the No. 2 QB for this squad.

Draft Notes

  • Neopol jets will live and die with the Ravens this season, as the selections of Mark Andrews, Baltimore, and Justin Tucker give them three players from Baltimore, more than any other team in your league. League-wide, the Eagles were the most popular team, as eight of them were selected in the draft.

  • Week 8 will be a rude awakening for Neopol jets, as they have five players on a bye (Kyler Murray, Mark Andrews, Justin Tucker, Baltimore, and Chase Edmonds). Your Week 8 opponent, Stefan's Team, won't be nearly as encumbered with only two players (JuJu Smith-Schuster and Jerry Jeudy) getting the week off.

  • With a second-half strength of schedule ranked as the 2nd-most difficult according to projections, Neopol jets have one of the toughest schedules late in the season in CZNFL D League 20. Despite that, for the season as a whole, Neopol jets face a fairly balanced schedule ranked as the 5th hardest.

  • It's clear that Neopol jets focused on accumulating elite talent, having compiled a Stars-and-Scrubs style roster. Collectively, the top players from each position are quite impressive, forecasted to tally the highest point total in CZNFL D League 20. The rest of the roster, alternatively, doesn't inspire as much enthusiasm, as they're expected to reach a point total ranking as the 2nd lowest.

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
