It's going to be a tough year if DominationStation handles adversity during the season the way they did in this draft. Picking No. 11 overall, they were clearly ill-equipped. While Michael Thomas, A.J. Green, and Brandin Cooks are slated to combine for the 2nd-highest point total of all starting WR groups in the league, DominationStation are projected to finish 13th in OklahomIraqis League NFC with a record of 4-9 (2,128 points).

  • Tom Brady

Best Pick: DominationStation notched a great early bargain when they selected Brady with the 11th pick of the 5th round, about two rounds later than his ADP of 35. Following a season in which he threw for 4,577 yards and 32 TDs with 8 interceptions, totaling 304 fantasy points, Brady is projected to score 425 fantasy points with the Patriots. That makes him a valuable No. 1 QB for this squad.

  • Lamar Miller

Stretch Pick: Either you know something we don't or you jumped the gun with your selection of Miller with the 11th pick of the 3rd round, about 25 spots earlier than his ADP of 64. Then again, you may be onto something? Projected to score 190 fantasy points this season with the Texans, he looks poised to take a step forward from last year when he ran for 888 yards and 3 TDs and recorded 36 receptions for 327 yards and 3 TDs to earn 176 fantasy points. Miller will slot in as the No. 1 RB for DominationStation, based on projected points.

Draft Notes

  • With only two quarterbacks off the board, DominationStation predicted a run developing and jumped in early, taking Tom Brady with the 67th overall pick. In the round that followed, four more quarterbacks were selected.

  • DominationStation are in for a rude awakening in Week 9 when they have six players on a bye, led by A.J. Green, Evan Engram, and Giovani Bernard. Your Week 9 opponent, Soonerjack, will have three players (Andrew Luck, Sterling Shepard, and Chester Rogers) on the sideline.

  • With a strength of schedule that ranks as the 2nd-most difficult according to projections, DominationStation have one of the toughest schedules in OklahomIraqis League NFC this season. That doesn't mean you're destined to lose, though. Strength of schedule is just a number. There are countless means to continue improving over the course of the season for those who remain active.

  • We've heard of Stars-and-Scrubs, but is there such a thing as Scrubs-and-Scrubs? Collectively, the top players from each position on DominationStation are projected to score the 2nd-lowest point total in the league. Unfortunately, the rest of the roster looks equally stark, as those players are predicted to combine for a point total ranking as the 3rd lowest.

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
