Although they ended up with the No. 11 overall selection, Freeman Fighters didn't let it faze them, building a roster capable of topping any team in League of the Ordinary. The team is notably talented at the receiver position, as Tyler Lockett, Alshon Jeffery, and Jarvis Landry are slated to combine for the 3rd-highest point total of all starting WR groups in the league. Freeman Fighters are predicted to finish with a record of 10-3 (2,865 points), good enough for 2nd.

  • Aaron Jones

Biggest Steal: Freeman Fighters notched a outstanding late-round value in selecting Jones in the 14th round, about three rounds later than his ADP of 111. Coming off a rookie season in which he accumulated 448 yards and 4 TDs on 81 carries in 10 games, totaling 76 fantasy points, Jones is projected to score 222 fantasy points with the Packers. That makes him the No. 5 RB for this squad.

  • Tyler Lockett

Stretch Pick: You must have run out of time, right? This was an autopick. There's no other explanation for selecting Lockett in the 2nd round, about 11 rounds earlier than his ADP of 127. To be fair, you may be onto something. Projected to score 306 fantasy points this season with the Seahawks, he seems poised to improve on last year when he snagged 45 passes for 555 yards and 2 TDs, totaling 79 fantasy points. According to projections, Lockett will slot in as the No. 1 WR for Freeman Fighters to begin the season.

Draft Notes

  • Better late than never. With the selection of RB Tevin Coleman (No. 58 overall), you became the last owner in the league to draft a running back.

  • Freeman Fighters face a tough challenge in Week 8 when they have four players on a bye (Ezekiel Elliott, Dak Prescott, Devonta Freeman, and Tevin Coleman). Your Week 8 opponent, Rayray, won't be nearly as encumbered with only one player (Matt Ryan) on a bye.

  • For the first half of the season, Freeman Fighters have one of the hardest schedules in League of the Ordinary according to projections with an early-season strength of schedule ranked as the 3rd-most difficult. Despite that, for the full season, Freeman Fighters should expect a pretty fair schedule that rates as the 7th hardest.

  • Freeman Fighters have assembled an impressive group of players across the board. Collectively, the top players from each position are slated to tally the most points in the league. Not only that, the rest of the roster is expected to put up a point total that ranks 3rd.

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
