This could be a dream season for 24 Eh!, who landed the top overall pick and then drafted a team capable of winning the whole damn thing. With a roster that has very few weaknesses, they are projected to finish in first place in KFFL XV League with a mark of 12-1-0 (1,446 points). They stocked up on pass-catching weapons early on, using three of their first five selections to pick up WRs Antonio Brown (first round), Alshon Jeffery (second round), and Jeremy Maclin (fifth round). 24 Eh! will rely heavily on this group, as they are the top group of WRs in the league.

While Week 8 has the most players on bye for 24 Eh! (four), Week 11 is actually projected to have the team's highest number of idle fantasy points. Looking at the season as a whole, they have one of the least challenging slates. Along with the fourth-easiest overall schedule, both the first four games and last four games of the season are pretty average for 24 Eh!.

Draft Notes

  • Asset Allocation

WR is the strongest position for 24 Eh!, though DEF and K aren't too shabby either.

  • Separating the Wheat from the Chaff

24 Eh! drafted top-3 players at a trio of different positions (Antonio Brown, Justin Tucker, and Denver).

  • May The Odds Be Ever In Your Favor

24 Eh! might need to consult a fortune teller each week. Their top-drafted QB (Derek Carr) and second-drafted QB (Ryan Fitzpatrick) have similar seasonal point projections.

  • A Dominating Pair

24 Eh! has a pair of fantasy MVPs in their lineup. Last season, two of their players (Antonio Brown and Devonta Freeman) finished among the top-20 players that were on the most first-place fantasy teams.

  • Put All Your Eggs in One Basket

And then watch that basket. Ignoring roster depth, 24 Eh! chose only one player at three different positions (TE, DEF, and K).

  • Mr. Relevant

24 Eh! scored the best value pick of the final round, drafting Ryan Fitzpatrick at pick number 145.

Player Analysis

    • Antonio Brown, WR
    • Round 1, Pick 1
Death, Taxes, and Antonio Brown's Reliable Hands

Brown is projected to catch an NFL-leading 132 balls this year.

    • Alshon Jeffery, WR
    • Round 2, Pick 24
181 Reasons for 24 Eh! to Appreciate Alshon Jeffery

Jeffery ranks seventh in the KFFL XV League among WRs with 181 projected fantasy points.

    • D. Freeman, RB
    • Round 3, Pick 25
    Wait For It

24 Eh! held off on drafting a RB early, waiting until the third round to snag their "lead back" (Devonta Freeman).

    • Dwayne Allen, TE
    • Round 6, Pick 72
    A Bit of a Reach

24 Eh! went out on a limb with their sixth-round pick. Across all Yahoo! leagues, Dwayne Allen has an ADP of 127, but he was grabbed at pick No. 72. Patience is a virtue, 24 Eh!.

    • Denver, DEF
    • Round 7, Pick 73
Was Defense a Smart Decision at Pick No. 73?

24 Eh! sure hopes so. Denver's D is projected to earn 192 points this year, after putting up 203 last year.

Best Available

While 24 Eh! is projected to have three subpar positions, RB is clearly their weakest unit and should be upgraded first.

    • Isaiah Crowell
    • Rank 104, ADP 126
    • T.J. Yeldon
    • Rank 115, ADP 121
    • Tevin Coleman
    • Rank 118, ADP 127
    • Bilal Powell
    • Rank 124, ADP 127

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
