A masterful draft-day performance by the GM of Prizd FC turned the seventh overall pick into a projected finish of second. They're expected to finish 10-3-1 (1,537 points) in Titan Cup West League. With their first five picks, Prizd FC focused on a balanced offensive attack, selecting QB Ben Roethlisberger (47th overall), RBs Jeremy Hill (14th) and Mark Ingram (34th), and WRs Antonio Brown (7th) and T.Y. Hilton (27th). They have a good group of RBs, as they have Hill, Arian Foster, Ingram, and Chris Ivory for their rotation.

Prizd FC might as well plan a vacation for Week 10. They have four players and the most projected fantasy points on bye that week. Taking a look at the entire season from start to finish, they have a weaker-than-average slate. Although they have the fifth-easiest overall schedule, Prizd FC actually has the toughest first four games of the season.

Draft Notes

  • A Good Problem to Have?

Prizd FC will have some tricky calls to make each week at RB, with a slim projected points difference between their third- (Mark Ingram), fourth- (Chris Ivory), and fifth-ranked (Tevin Coleman) RBs.

  • QB Controversy?

Prizd FC may have to rely on a Ouija board each week. Their top-drafted QB (Ben Roethlisberger) and second-drafted QB (Philip Rivers) have fairly similar seasonal point projections.

  • I Keep Getting Older

And they stay the same age. Prizd FC isn't afraid to rob the cradle, drafting the youngest team in the league with an average of just 4.9 years of NFL experience.

  • Team of Champions

Prizd FC is rocking a team of fantasy MVPs. Last season, three of their players were among the top-20 players that were on the most first-place fantasy teams (Antonio Brown, T.Y. Hilton, and Arian Foster).

  • A Low Floor, but a High Ceiling?

Prizd FC nabbed a sleeper in David Johnson with pick No. 134.

  • Arm Cannon

Philip Rivers is one of the most dynamic NFL QBs. Projections have him ranking fifth in plays over 40 yards with 11.1 and TDs over 40 yards with 4.3.

Player Analysis

    • Antonio Brown, WR
    • Round 1, Pick 7
    Prizd FC Found Their WR1

Brown paced all wideouts with 129 receptions and 1,698 yards last season. Only Demaryius Thomas (184) got more targets than Brown's 181, and only Dez Bryant (16) had more TDs than Brown's 13.

    • Jeremy Hill, RB
    • Round 2, Pick 14
It's not that Gio Bernard Wasn't Good

It's that Jeremy Hill was just that great. The first-year RB from LSU led all rookies in rush attempts (222), rushing yards (1,124), and rush TDs (9).

    • Mark Ingram, RB
    • Round 4, Pick 34
    Public Service Announcement

Flight technicians beware, Mark Ingram has a knack for breaking the plane. Despite just 929 projected rushing yards, Ingram is slated for 9.7 rushing TDs this year.

    • B. Roethlisberger, QB
    • Round 5, Pick 47
    Steel-town Signal-Caller

Roethlisberger wound up tied with Drew Brees wound for the most passing yards in the league last year, though Big Ben got to 4,952 with 51 fewer passing attempts.

    • Travis Kelce, TE
    • Round 6, Pick 54
A Big Target for the QB

Travis Kelce ranks third in the Titan Cup West League among TEs with 116 projected fantasy points.

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent.
