Bill's Team was able to invest the fifth pick well and looks positioned for some nice returns over the season. The proceeds from this draft include an overall projected finish of first in OklahomIraqis League3 League, as well an estimated 2,351 points and a record of 11-2-0. They loaded up on ball carriers early, using three of their first five picks to scoop up RBs Lamar Miller (second round), C.J. Spiller (third round), and LeGarrette Blount (fifth round). They landed the highest-scoring WR duo in the league, as they added Antonio Brown and Julian Edelman.

While Bill's Team is projected to have three below-average positions, QB is clearly their weakest unit and should be upgraded first.

Week 11 might require some artful managing from Bill's Team. They have five players and the most projected fantasy points on bye that week. Based on their opponents' projected points, they have the least challenging schedule. Along with having the easiest overall schedule, Bill's Team has the softest last four games of the season.

Draft Notes

  • Belichick or Bust

The fantasy hopes of Bill's Team rest heavily on the fortunes of Brady's crew, as they have five Patriots on their roster.

  • Best Days are Behind Them?

With five players projected to score significantly fewer points this season, Bill's Team will be hoping the experts are wrong.

  • The First Step is Admitting You Have a Problem

It seems like Bill's Team likes to gamble -- they rolled the dice on eight "high-risk" picks.

  • Checked Out Early

Bill's Team didn't exactly wrap up the draft on a high note, ending up with the fewest projected points in the league over the second half of the draft.

  • A Low Floor, but a High Ceiling?

Bill's Team nabbed a sleeper in Benjamin Watson with pick No. 229.

  • Not Afraid to Scramble

With 635 projected rushing yards (ranked first among QBs), Colin Kaepernick has multiple ways to bring in points.

    • C.J. Spiller, RB
    • Round 3, Pick 33
    Better Lucky Than Good?

The rest of OklahomIraqis League3 League overlooked a gem, and Bill's Team made the smartest value pick of the round by taking C.J. Spiller.

272 More Reasons to Appreciate Julian Edelman

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
