Thanks to a successful draft by the obviously skilled GM, Boomstick Bachelors turned the not-so-favorable eighth overall pick into a projected finish of third. They're expected to go 10-3-0 (1,655 points) in Stampede Blue League 11 League. With their first five picks, Boomstick Bachelors aimed for balance, selecting QB Drew Brees (17th overall), RBs Arian Foster (32nd) and C.J. Spiller (41st), and WRs Demaryius Thomas (8th) and Torrey Smith (56th). They have one of the highest-scoring groups of WRs in the league, as they added Thomas, Julian Edelman and Smith for their rotation.
Boomstick Bachelors should drop off the grid during Week 10. They have five players and the most projected fantasy points on bye that week. Based on their opponents' projected points, they have one of the softest slates. Boomstick Bachelors has a chance to come out of the gate hot and close strong, as both the first four games and final four games of their season are projected to be less difficult than the league average.

How We Grade
Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent.
