Learning to handle success will be the biggest obstacle for Ravens, as they figure to be at the top of the standings all season. They are expected to go 10-3-0 (1,218 points) and finish in first-place in CZNFL Div-I League 14 League. They went with a balanced approach early, selecting QB Drew Brees (17th overall), RB Frank Gore (41st), WR Randall Cobb (32nd), and TE Jimmy Graham (8th) within the first five rounds. They ended up with the most prolific TE combo in the league, as they added Graham and Ladarius Green.

Ravens should drop off the grid during Week 11. They have five players and the most projected fantasy points on bye that week. Based on their opponents' projected points, they have the least challenging schedule. In addition to having the easiest overall schedule, Ravens also has the second-softest last four games of the season.

Draft Notes

  • Believing in Baltimore

The fantasy hopes of Ravens will rest heavily on the fortunes of Flacco's crew, as they loaded up with four Ravens on their roster.

  • Asset Management

Ravens is loaded at TE and QB. Could they be willing to leverage some of that talent and listen to trade offers from other teams in CZNFL Div-I League 14 League?

  • On the Rise

Ravens hopes to break through this season, led by four players who are projected to significantly exceed their fantasy points from last season.

  • A Dominating Duo

Ravens has a pair of fantasy MVPs in their lineup. Last season, two of their players (Jimmy Graham and Drew Brees) finished among the top-20 players that were on the most first-place fantasy teams.

  • Digging Deep

Mark Ingram is owned in only 4% of all Yahoo! leagues, but will surely reward Ravens for their faith! Or not.

Player Analysis

    • Jimmy Graham, TE
    • Round 1, Pick 8
Is He a Tight End or a Wide Receiver?

162 More Reasons to Appreciate Randall Cobb

    • Frank Gore, RB
    • Round 4, Pick 41
    How Rebellious of You

Ravens said 'no' to the tradition of fantasy drafting a RB early, waiting until the fourth round to pick up their first (Frank Gore).

    • Chris Johnson, RB
    • Round 6, Pick 65
    Trigger Happy

With their sixth-round pick, Ravens pulled the trigger. They drafted Chris Johnson at pick number 65 despite an ADP of just 88.7 across all Yahoo! leagues.

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
