• Back on field for OTAs
Ezukanma (neck) participated in OTAs on Tuesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Advice: Ezukanma played in just two games at the beginning of 2023 before being placed on the reserve/non-football injury list in September due to a neck injury. He was cleared of his injury before the end of last season, and he admitted to reporters Tuesday that he was concerned that he would not be able to play again, per Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post. Ezukanma has appeared in three regular season games since the Dolphins drafted him in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, and he will battle for a spot on Miami's wide receiver corps for 2024. • Waived by Pittsburgh
Harris (undisclosed) has been waived/injured by the Steelers, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Advice: Harris signed a reserve/future contract with Pittsburgh in January. It is unclear what injury he is dealing with at this time. Assuming the does not get claimed off waivers, the pass catcher will presumably revert to the team's injured reserve. From there, his season will come to a premature end unless both he and the team can reach an injury settlement once his health is back up to par. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:19 pm

  • Participating at OTAs
    Jackson (ankle) practiced Tuesday.

Advice: Jackson worked as the Titans' punt returner last season before he suffered a season-ending ankle injury Week 2 against the Chargers. Now healthy, he'll likely be competing with 2024 sixth-round selection, Jha'Quan Jackson for that role this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:29 pm

  • Finds new opportunity
Baldwin signed a contract with the Falcons on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Advice: Baldwin earned the deal after a successful workout with the team. The Michigan product was waived by the Vikings on May 7 after spending the entirety of the 2023 campaign on their practice squad. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:14 pm

  • Photographer drops charges against Rashee Rice
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports the charges against Rashee Rice stemming from an alleged assault at a Dallas nightclub have been dropped.

Advice: Per Pelissero, the photographer whom Rice allegedly struck at the nightclub has since told police that the incident was a misunderstanding. Rice is still facing multiple charges and a possible suspension for his involvement in a street race and car crash in April. Until the legal process plays out, it’s impossible to say how much time Rice will miss because of his actions. He is currently present for Chiefs OTAs this week. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:01 pm

  • Finds new opportunity
Landers signed a contract with the Browns on Tuesday.

Advice: Landers joined the Seahawks as a UDFA out of Arkansas last spring and ultimately spent time on their practice squad, as well as Carolina's after Seattle cut him. He'll now get a new opportunity with Cleveland ahead of the 2024 campaign. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:52 am

  • On side field to start OTAs
Williams (knee) has not yet been cleared for football activities and is working on a side field at OTAs on Tuesday, Andy Vasquez of The Bergen Record reports.

Advice: Williams went down to a left ACL tear in Week 3 last season while with the Chargers, so he was never a likely candidate to be ready for OTAs. The start of training camp in July could represent a better target for Williams, though the Jets haven't offered an official estimate for his return timeline. On the plus side, Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) is participating in OTAs without any setbacks, so Williams will be able to start building chemistry with his new quarterback as soon as he gains clearance. The big-bodied 29-year-old will complement top wideout Garrett Wilson as the No. 2 option for New York once healthy. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:15 am

  • Participating in OTAs
Dell (leg) is on the field for the start of OTAs on Tuesday with no apparent limitations, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Advice: The wideout sustained a left leg wound as an innocent bystander during a shooting in late April, but Dell's already back on the practice field and running routes and seems to be an unrestricted participant to begin OTAs. The 2023 third-rounder has already recovered from the fibula injury he suffered last December, and he rejoins a wide receiver room that added Stefon Diggs as a trade acquisition and returns Nico Collins, Robert Woods, Noah Brown (shoulder) and John Metchie. • Tank Dell spotted at Texans OTAs
Tank Dell was seen participating at Texans OTAs.

Advice: It’s good news for the second-year wideout after suffering a horrific leg break last fall and sustaining a gunshot wound in April. Dell, who had 709 yards on 47 grabs in 11 games before his season-ending injury, could see reduced playing time in 2024 if the Texans are intent on getting newly-acquired WR Stefon Diggs on the field. Dell should remain an explosive weapon for an up-and-coming Houston passing attack led by C.J. Stroud. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:58 am
