• Kicking during OTAs
Gano (knee) participated in OTAs on Tuesday, John Schmeelk of the Giants' official site reports.

Advice: Gano played in the first eight games of 2023 before landing on the IR in November due to a left knee knee injury that required season-ending surgery. He was back on the field doing kicking drills during OTAs on Tuesday. Gano finished the 2023 season going 11-for-17 on field-goal attempts while making all eight of his extra-point tries. • Participating in OTAs
Ruckert (concussion) took part in OTAs on Tuesday, Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Ruckert appeared in the first 15 games for the Jets last season, but he missed the final two contests due to a concussion he sustained in Week 16 against the Commanders. Ruckert served as the backup tight end behind Tyler Conklin, and the former finished the 2023 season with 16 catches on 22 targets for 151 yards while playing 301 snaps on offense and 205 snaps on special teams. Ruckert caught passes from quarterback Aaron Rodgers during seven-on-seven drills Tuesday. Rotowire.com Today, 6:25 pm

  • Participating in OTAs
Hardison (elbow) was a full participant at the Dolphins' organized training activities Monday, Hal Habib of the Palm Beach Post reports.

Advice: Hardison had an elbow injury when he signed with Miami as an undrafted free agent in April. The UTEP product's health appears to be up to par, and he will now move forward looking to make an impression at OTAs. He is presumably competing with Skylar Thompson for the No. 3 option under center behind Tua Tagovailoa and Mike White. Rotowire.com Today, 6:08 pm

  • Back on field for OTAs
Ezukanma (neck) participated in OTAs on Tuesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Advice: Ezukanma played in just two games at the beginning of 2023 before being placed on the reserve/non-football injury list in September due to a neck injury. He was cleared of his injury before the end of last season, and he admitted to reporters Tuesday that he was concerned that he would not be able to play again, per Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post. Ezukanma has appeared in three regular season games since the Dolphins drafted him in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, and he will battle for a spot on Miami's wide receiver corps for 2024. • Josh Jacobs dealing with hamstring injury
The Athletic’s Matt Schneidman reports Packers RB Josh Jacobs is dealing with a hamstring issue in OTAs.

Advice: Jacobs is working through a hamstring issue as the Packers’ OTAs are underway. Packers head coach Matt LaFleur does not expect him to be sidelined long as Jacobs was limited in Tuesday’s workouts. Soft tissue injuries can linger but are not all that uncommon getting back into football workouts in the offseason. Jacobs also dealt with a quad strain that kept him out for a few games at the end of last season. No cause for concern with the hamstring issue just yet, but something to eye for Packers OTAs. • Waived by Pittsburgh
Harris (undisclosed) has been waived/injured by the Steelers, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Advice: Harris signed a reserve/future contract with Pittsburgh in January. It is unclear what injury he is dealing with at this time. Assuming the does not get claimed off waivers, the pass catcher will presumably revert to the team's injured reserve. From there, his season will come to a premature end unless both he and the team can reach an injury settlement once his health is back up to par. Rotowire.com Today, 5:19 pm

  • Foot injury downplayed
Williams, who is dealing with a foot injury that he sustained while training this spring, per Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register, won't take part in the Rams' offseason program, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: That said, Barshop adds that coach Sean McVay has downplayed Williams' foot issue, noting that it's "nothing to worry about. He'll be ready to go for training camp." As the coming season approaches, the 2022 fifth-rounder remains atop the Rams' RB depth chart, with rookie third-rounder Blake Corum, Boston Scott, Ronnie Rivers and Zach Evans providing the team with backfield depth. Of the aforementioned backups, Corum could be the most notable threat to the 2024 workload of the 5-foot-9, 194-pound Williams. Rotowire.com Today, 2:56 pm

  • Kyren missing entire spring with ‘foot issue’
Kyren Williams will miss the Rams’ entire spring OTAs program as he deals with a foot issue.

Advice: “It’s nothing to worry about,” coach Sean McVay claimed. “He’ll be ready to go for training camp, but there’s a little issue when he was training, and (I’ll) kind of just leave it at that. But nothing to be concerned about.” McVay can say he’s not worried all he wants, but his actions speak louder than words. McVay already seemed to be losing faith in Williams’ ability to stay healthy when he made Michigan RB Blake Corum the third overall running back off the board at No. 83 in April’s draft. Williams, of course, also has a history of foot issues, to say nothing of last year’s ankle injury. He broke his hand in the Wild Card Round. GM Les Snead spoke of wanting to avoid Williams becoming “totally run down.” Williams is shaping up as a risk/reward RB1 after last year’s phenomenal, albeit abbreviated, campaign. • Back on field
Whyle (knee) participated in OTAs on Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Advice: Whyle closed last season on injured reserve, but he was back on the field participating in practice as the Titans held offseason workouts. The 2023 fifth-round selection looked bigger and sturdier than last year, according to Wyatt. Rotowire.com Today, 2:37 pm
