Commish Well Oiled Machine

OK guys, We only got 8 teams this season, so I adjusted the Divisions to 2, recalculated the schedules (dropped week 17 to make the schedule Matrix even for everybody), and adjusted the playoffs (8 teams instead of 6 to make it fun because we only had 8 teams this year). Other than that, everything is the same.
