Commish Statistical Anomaly

I've updated the way Playoff seedings will be done to match with the rest of the leagues. The three Division winners will be given the top 3 seeds, with 3 Wild Cards after that. I wanted to do this before it got closer to the end so that the rules were in place for at least 6 weeks.
