Despite drawing the last pick in the first round, Bink's Random Mayhem was able to put together a superb draft. With Michael Thomas, Robert Woods, and Corey Davis slated to combine for the 2nd-highest point total of all starting WR groups in the league, Bink's Random Mayhem are projected to finish atop League of Exiles with a record of 12-1 (2,388 points).

  • Rashaad Penny

Most Improved: The RB is slated to take the biggest leap over last year of all the offensive players selected by Bink's Random Mayhem. Coming off a rookie season in which he ran 85 times for 419 yards and 2 TDs in 13 games, totaling 70 fantasy points, Penny is projected to score 144 fantasy points with the Seahawks, a 105% improvement. That makes him the No. 5 RB for this squad.

  • Austin Ekeler

Stretch Pick: Did you lose a bet? We're not sure why else you would select Ekeler at No. 60, about four rounds earlier than his ADP of 105. Projected to score 164 fantasy points this season with the Chargers, he will look to match last year when he rushed for 554 yards and 3 TDs and recorded 39 catches for 404 yards and 3 TDs in 14 games, earning 169 fantasy points. Ekeler will slot in as the No. 4 RB for Bink's Random Mayhem, based on projections.

Draft Notes

  • The early bird gets the worm. You beat your opponents to the punch at tight end, drafting Travis Kelce (No. 13 overall) as the first TE off the board. You were more patient at running back, becoming the last owner in the league to draft a RB with the selection of Austin Ekeler (No. 60 overall).

  • Week 6 could bring on a case of the Bye Week Blues for Bink's Random Mayhem, as they have three players on a bye (Tarik Cohen, John Brown, and Jalen Richard). Fortunately, I'll Have a Rubin, your Week 6 opponent, will be confronting a similar quandary with three players (T.Y. Hilton, Tyrell Williams, and Buffalo) on a bye.

  • Bink's Random Mayhem won't encounter too many obstacles in League of Exiles this season according to projected records with a strength of schedule that rates as the easiest. Don't get complacent, though. For those owners who aren't diligent, even the lightest schedules can present issues.

  • With the choice of RB Tarik Cohen in the 8th round, Bink's Random Mayhem utilized the WR/RB/TE flex position for the first time after selecting all of the individual offensive positions in the draft.

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent.
