This draft by Intellectual Looter was like a finely tuned Peyton Manning-led offense, with all the pieces falling into place. Just like Peyton's offense, Intellectual Looter is expected to score a lot of points this season and finish first in Titan Cup East League at 14-0-0 (1,369 points). After exiting the draft with five RBs on the roster, Intellectual Looter is set at that position heading into the season. Their RBs are projected to average 145 points this season, right around the league average of 145. They built one of the best TE combos in the league, as they have Jimmy Graham and Martellus Bennett on their team.

Intellectual Looter should use Week 10 to consider life's deeper mysteries, like why do we park in a driveway but drive on a parkway? It will be better to think about that than to check fantasy football. They have five players and the most projected fantasy points on bye that week. Taking a look at the entire season from start to finish, they have one of the least difficult slates. Intellectual Looter has the opportunity to close with a hot streak, as the last four games of their season are projected to be less difficult than the league average.

Draft Notes

  • Assessing the Assets

TE is the strongest position for Intellectual Looter, though DEF and WR are also better than the league's average.

  • Separating the Wheat from the Chaff

At three different positions, Intellectual Looter picked up projected top-two players (Jimmy Graham, Stephen Gostkowski, and Seattle).

  • Bold Strategy, Intellectual Looter

Let's see if it pays off. In Week 10, both Stephen Gostkowski and Nick Novak will be on bye for Intellectual Looter.

  • Fantasy FĂștbol

This is the American version, folks. Intellectual Looter elected to go with two kickers, rather than adding depth at other positions.

  • Big D

Intellectual Looter elected to go with two DEFs instead of loading up at other spots.

  • A Dominating Duo

Intellectual Looter has a pair of fantasy MVPs in their lineup. Last season, two of their players (Demaryius Thomas and Jimmy Graham) finished among the top-20 players that were on the most first-place fantasy teams.

Player Analysis

    • D. Thomas, WR
    • Round 1, Pick 8
Death, Taxes, and Demaryius Thomas's Reliable Hands

Is He a Tight End or a Wide Receiver?

Jimmy Graham was owned on more championship teams across Yahoo! than any other TE in 2013.

    • Arian Foster, RB
    • Round 3, Pick 28
    Better Lucky Than Good?

The rest of Titan Cup East League overlooked a gem, and Intellectual Looter made the highest value pick of the round by taking Arian Foster.

    • Toby Gerhart, RB
    • Round 4, Pick 33
    Gerhart is Hungry

And he'll get plenty of chances to feast this season, projected to rank 10th in the NFL with 285 touches.

    • Victor Cruz, WR
    • Round 5, Pick 48
    Biggest Steal

Intellectual Looter may have found a gem in the fifth round, grabbing Victor Cruz (48th overall pick vs. ADP of 34.2).

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
