    Here are the main rules:

    1. Teams must always have at least 50% of their roster from their corresponding NFL team.

    Penalty = Top Scoring Player will be benched each week until balance is restored.

    2. Teams must start at least 50% of their players from their corresponding NFL team (unless the corresponding NFL team is on a bye week).

    Penalty = Top Scoring Non-team Players will be benched and replaced with Lowest Scoring Team Players from corresponding position until balance is restored.

    3. Free Agents from owned teams can only be gained by trade.

    Penalty = Free Agent will be dropped when discovered (may lose points scored from Free Agent).
