Trap Games' Back....Let's Be-gin'gin!!
FC's BACK, FC's Back, FC's back, fc's back--The Com-mish'
BUT SERIOUSLY folks, WELCOME BACK to the finest fantasy football league in town, i.e., THE TRAP GAMES: SEASON VI. BOOM!
We don't have very many SIGNIFICANT changes to report on concerning this upcoming season, i.e., as compared to Season V ( ...spoiler alert---Season 7 should be a different story ) , but we do have a few new faces among the ranks.
Before I introduce our new owners, however, I should first mention that we've parted ways with three teams from last season: (1) Betty Boo, (2) Get Paid's Team, and (3) Hardknox, a friend of mine since early childhood, who specifically instructed me to tell the league that "...when I decide to come back...I'll be back like Jordan wearin the 4 5." If you ask me, Ian (Hardknox) will be making his "historic comeback" to The Trap Games sooner rather than later, but we shall see.
Now, the new blood! (1) You all remember Gabe and his WRECKING BALLS, don't you? He was actually one of our original owners, and stayed on through Season 2. Unfortunately, his balls didn't do too much wrecking, as he fell short of the playoffs both years. But this season he will have a secret weapon...his son Mike, who will be co-managing the team with him for the first time! Wrecking Balls 2.0, I suppose, hehe. (2) Next we have the artist formerly known as "Sack Nation." Remember that team? Back from Season 1? No? I don't blame you. It was Cousin Kyle's first season EVER playing fantasy football, and, well, it was more of a "learning experience" than a legitimate attempt at competing. But Kyle is older and wiser now, and has worked his way BACK into The Trap Games after toiling in the minor leagues for the last 4 seasons. My recommendation? Do NOT sleep on "Brady's Goat Farm" this year, as hard as it may be not to, with a name like that, HahaHahaH!. Just kidding Kyle, it's a great name. (3) Last but not Least, we have our 1 true ROOKIE ( to THIS league, at least), BIG BAD BRAD aka "Gotham City." I got a chance to talk fantasy football, and, specifically, this league, w/ Brad over the course of Angie's wedding weekend and things just snowballed from there. Given his previous experience and his strongly expressed interest in The Trap Games, I had a feeling that he would be a great addition to the league...but if we only had an opening! Needless to say, things "magically" worked out and the runway was cleared for Gotham City to land into The Trap Games. By the way, shout out to Tones Throne ;)
Good Luck To All Owners, New AND Returning. As we say in The Trap Games,
"May the Odds be Ever in Your Favor"
Now...
"LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!!!!!!!!"
