ADDED ONE IR SPOT - Based on the fact that COVID is currently running wild in Baltimore and affecting major players...and due to the fact that we are running out of time to reschedule games in real life, I think going to the 4th IR spot is more than appropriate. The new wave of COVID is hitting everywhere so consider this a preemptive strike, much like when I pushed it up to three slots back in September.
