Individual Rules for Pre-2020 Topics:

1. PUP-R or any other injured, eligible-to-return designation (IR-R) qualifies for temporary 50% salary relief so long as the designation is recognized by Yahoo! as IR-eligible. When the player is removed from this list and is no longer IR-eligible in Yahoo!, you must remove the player from IR and remove the cap relief immediately. Failure to do so may result in commissioner action in order to ensure your roster is value before commencement of the current week's scoring. However, PUP (excluding PUP-R) itself does not qualify for temporary 50% salary relief and all categories described above are considered in-season only eligibilities.


Topics Voted on for 2020 & 2021 Only (COVID):

1. Salary relief will be granted at 100% for COVID opt-outs (takes effect immediately; if player opts back in to the season, the relief will be rescinded effective immediately).
2. IR slots will be increased to ten total; three of these slots are for true injuries only and would continue to have the normal 50%/75% salary relief rules applied to them. The remaining (seven) slots will be for COVID only. The player MUST have the COVID designation on Y! to be eligible.
3. Salary relief will be granted at 50% for players placed on IR due to COVID (relief only granted when the Y! designation is made and the player is placed in one of the seven available non-injury IR slots. This applies ONLY upon the official start of the NFL regular season (i.e. when the first regular season game kicks off).
4. When a COVID player is brought back to the active roster, their salary relief is rescinded effective immediately. Much like with traditional injury IR, you must bring them back to your active roster before any roster acquisitions can be made.
5. If we do not log enough of an NFL season to make payouts (less than 50% of regular season/less than eight regular games played by at least one NFL team), entry fees will be refunded and any franchise tags applied will be rescinded/carried over into next season. Specific contingencies laid out in GroupMe.
