KEEPER PLAYERS

- 6 keeper players.
- We will use the keeper management tools of Yahoo.
- There will be an Online LIVE Draft of 14rounds (rounds 7 to 19)
- Round 1 to 6 will be used to assign keeper players
-Managers will have to select their keepers one week prior to the draft. A keeper declaration deadline will be determined.
-Online Draft will usually be two Sundays prior to start of the NFL Season at 9:00 pm EDT.

- 7th Place: 1st pick
- 8th Place: 2nd pick
- 9th place: 3rd pick
- 10th place: 4th pick
- 3rd place: 7th pick
- 4th place: 8th pick
- 5th place 9th pick
- 6th place: 10th pick
- 2nd place: 11th pick
- 1st place: 12th pick


Trading draft picks

-You will be able to trade draft picks from non keeper rounds. That means you can trade drafts picks from rounds 7 to 17
- Any trades including draft picks between rounds 1 and 6 will automatically be vetoed.
-If a trade involves draft picks, each team must be trading away the same number of picks.


Trading prior to draft.

Prior to the draft, during the keeper declaration period, Yahoo will not allow trades. However, if you agree to make a trade with another manager, you may announce the trade on the message board and I will process the trade manually. Both managers must confirm the trade.

Trade Approval Process
--------------------------------
Trades will be reviewed and approved by the commissioner at the End of the evening of which the trade was accepted in order to speed things up. However, if the commissioner feels that a trade might be a little lopsided or if there are complaints about the trade in the league chat, the commissioner will switch the trade approval process to League votes for which 4 votes against the trade are required to veto the trade. The league will have 1 full day to vote against the trade. If a trade receives 4 votes against, yahoo will immediately veto the trade and not wait until the voting period is over.
