Welcome gentlemen and lady to the new and improved Lions League featuring players from esteemed schools around SF. We will be locked at 12 players. The top 6, based on winning record, will make the playoffs. Division winners will have a playoff bye the first week just like in the NFL. Please checkout scoring and settings. This is a PPR (points per reception) league. A half point will be awarded per catch, so adjust your strategy accordingly. We will have a live draft at 10:30am this Sunday, all the rookies should tryout a mock draft to practice and understand the process or just auto draft.
The fee is $100, i want to collect by the 6th week. We will have a total pool of $1200 which i propose we break down like this:
1st $600
2nd $300
3rd $100
Division winners $100 each
Smack talk is encouraged. We're all educated with degrees, some of us with several, so I expect only highbrow banter that only those high in the ivory tower can comprehend. School yard clownin works as well. I will scaffold some examples later in the year, however I imagine you all are capable. This should be fun. Good luck! -
