Now, for those of you that are new here, this is how it works: When you are ready to have your team drafted, you leave a note/message right here saying so. When I get at least 7 out of 12 managers to say "I'm ready", I will set the draft to “Ready” and I will leave a note.
Some of us take our time picking our players and ranking them, which is good. Those people are usually at the top of the league when the season is done. Those who think that Yahoo! rankings are OK in and of themself, are sure to have a very rude awakening come game time! So, when I say do your own rankings, I know of what I speak. Some of us here have several years invested in this process called "The Draft" and we don't rush into anything.
So please be patient, some of us are working here!
