The Rules have been set:
Entry is $60 - Due Monday August 12th by 11:59PM - I will take Cash, PayPal (add $2 to cover any fee they might charge me) or WECU direct money transfer.
On Tuesday August 13th, we will determine the draft order with a game of beer pong as Colin mentioned (names in the bottom of the cups, first cup made is last pick, randomly awesome) and we will then post a Video of it so everyone can see there was no shenanigans.
Thursday August 15th == the draft. Tentatively at Krista's and my place but possibly elsewhere.
We will be paying 4 spots assuming 14 teams (3 if we somehow end up with 12 teams).
CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR:
Free agents will now become Waivers at their respective game-times (last year it was the entire block from the first game of the week).
Waivers now based on continual rolling list.
- no reward for sucking this year which leads me to...
Whomever ends up in last place this year will not be allowed to play next year
- this player CAN play next year IF and ONLY IF he/she adds a half buy-in of this year's Pot (which would be $30) to next year's Pot in addition to next year's buy-in.
- the main reason for this is to discourage giving up mid-season
While you know your draft position early, draft trades will not be allowed.
Please plan to be present at the draft. If you absolutely cannot be, you must find someone else also in the league to draft for you. You will present them with an ordered list of players they can easily keep track of, and they will draft for you in precise order of the sheet.
IF YOU ARE A NO-SHOW TO THE DRAFT without good reason, then we will humorously fill your starting roster in REVERSE order, meaning you will get the best DEF/ST and Kicker far before you grab your first WR or RB. Basically, just show the hell up please. Thank you. =)
QB Scoring changes:
- .25 points for completions (previously not awarded)
- negative 2 points for Interceptions (previously -1 point)
Events:
We will schedule at least 2 get-togethers. The first of which just before the trade deadline and another the final Sunday of the fantasy regular season.
There was discussion of having 2 QBs as well as having defensive players but neither passed so it's business as usual as far as the roster goes.

IMPORTANT DATES!!!! Draft will be Thursday, August 15 at 6:30PM. Location is tentatively Extreme's Sports Bar & Grill. Money will be due no later than Monday August 12 so as to give us a few days to fill any last minute vacated spots. Finally, we will meet Tuesday July 30 to discuss the rules and finalize the buy-in and payouts.
