DEADLINE TO SET KEEPERS IS THURSDAY JULY 6TH - KEEP 27 PLAYERS, LEAVING 3 SPOTS OPEN TO DRAFT ROOKIES
ROOKIE ONLY DRAFT WILL START FRIDAY JULY 7TH
DRAFT RULES:
-we are only drafting rookies there will be a 24 hour clock, clock starts once the pick before you is in.
-trades of players and 2017 and 2018 picks allowed and highly encouraged.
-please post in the 2017 draft thread your round#,pick#,team name,players name, no chats in this message thread please, open a new message if need be.
-all available players will be taken off waivers allowing you to add your rookie at the time of drafting him( please only add your drafted players)
-once draft is complete all remaining players(free agents) will be placed on waivers( following the waiver rules that will be used during the season) 2 days waiver rule, giving time for managers to place bids on free agents.
