  • I know that it's been a long offseason. 2020 I was convinced to draft early and that cost many teams who drafted unusable players, we reverted to previous year's draft schedules and will continue as we have in the past.

    We will draft after the final preseason games:
    * Game 1 cutdown is to 85 players
    * Game 2 is to 80 players
    * Game 3 to 53 players

    Monday, August 29 is the last day of the preseason games (Game 3). September 5 is the final cut-down day. September 8 is the first regular season game.

    Ideally I would like to draft AFTER September 5 so we know who really has a roster spot. But, that would make people really anxious. The last preseason game is usually reserved for rookies and wannabe players. So, on Friday August 26 at 5:00 pm (CST) I will set the draft to go. I hope that by that time you all have pre-ranked your players and discarded players that you don't want. It usually takes Yahoo up to 24 hours to draft our teams. Yahoo will inform you when your players are drafted.
