  • Geronimo Allison settles marijuana charge
Packers WR Geronimo Allison settled a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Advice: Three cigars which tested positive for THC were found in Allison's car during a traffic stop last September. Allison will have to pay a $330.50 fine as well as complete community service. He could face discipline under the league's substance-abuse policy. Rotoworld.com Today, 5:46 am

  • Ravens re-sign ERFA Keenan Reynolds
    Ravens re-signed WR Keenan Reynolds.

Advice: They also re-signed exclusive rights free agent OT De'Ondre Wesley and LB Brennen Beyer. Reynolds spent his entire rookie year on practice squad after getting waived at final cuts. He'll compete for a kick return role. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:14 pm

  • Bruce Ellington sidelined at 49ers OTAs
49ers WR Bruce Ellington has been sidelined at OTAs.

Advice: The 49ers' projected starter at slot receiver all last offseason, Ellington wound up missing 2016 with a torn hamstring. The 49ers traded for Jeremy Kerley just before the season and he led the team in receiving. Ellington is a cut candidate under the Niners' new regime. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 3:08 pm

  • Sammie Coates 'on notice', competing for job
Following the reinstatement of Martavis Bryant, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports Sammie Coates is "on notice" and competing for a job with Justin Hunter.

Advice: Antonio Brown, Bryant, Eli Rogers, and (likely) Darrius Heyward-Bey are locks to make the team. That leaves Coates, Hunter, Cobi Hamilton, and Demarcus Ayers as the current Nos. 5-8 wideouts in no particular order. Coates had a horrific 2016 season filled with drops, but he did suffer a mangled hand that severely limited him much of the second half of the year. Hunter is a similar player with big talent who hasn't been able to put it together, but Big Ben is best QB he's ever had. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:06 am

  • Chargers re-sign WR Inman
Chargers re-signed WR Dontrelle Inman to a one-year, $2.746 million contract.

Advice: It's his second-round restricted tender. Forced into an expanded role due to Keenan Allen's 2016 ACL tear, Inman responded with a career-best 58-810-4 (14.0 YPR) receiving line. While Inman's role is unlikely to be nearly as voluminous this season, he is a versatile wideout capable of playing all three receiver spots and should be assured of a top-four spot in the rotation.
