  • Team 8
  • 171.5 pts, 3-0
  • Weekly Grade
  • Team 6
  • 72.08 pts, 0-3
  • Weekly Grade

Fantasy football owners will accept any point margin to keep a win streak alive, but if you are able to win in a commanding fashion, it makes the streak all the more sweet. That is what Team 8 accomplished this week when they put up the highest score of the season, and won their third win in as many matchups to stomp Team 6 171.50 to 72.08. The streak is due in part to Team 8 having the second-highest scoring output in the league at 112.53 points per matchup. Team 6 falls to ninth place with a 0-3 record. It's not time to start talking about undefeated seasons yet, people, but Team 8 has kept the streak alive after demolishing Team 4 (82.96 to 77.42) and tappingthatass (83.12 to 81.86).

Smooth Moves by Team 8

  • The Toyota Hall of Fame would have its eyes on you for this week's win. But the Toyota Hall of Fame doesn't have eyes. Obviously.
  • The Kansas City Chiefs Defense scored 35.00 points, the highest of any player on Team 8 this season.
  • The second-highest RB score of the week and the fourth-highest RB score of the season came from Devonta Freeman, who scored 26.70 points.
  • Aaron Rodgers had 26.40 points, the fourth-highest QB score of the week and the eighth-highest QB score in the league this season.
  • Not quite the best, but pretty darn effective. LeGarrette Blount had the sixth-highest RB score of the week and the ninth-highest RB score in the league this season with 22.50 points.

Toyota Roster Tune-up

  • 171.50 seems a lot higher when you're on the losing side of it. And the Toyota Hall of Fame knows you know that.
  • Team 6 left the 17.00 points scored by the Philadephia Eagles Defense on the bench this week. They beat their projected point total by 135.3%, the ninth-highest percentage in the league.
  • Left Kirk Cousins on the bench, where he led the team in scoring with 19.34 points.
  • A nod is as good as a wink to a blind horse. Clearly, Team 6 didn't know what they were doing when they picked up and started Vance McDonald. He scored a team-worst 11.7% of his projected point total for 0.40 points.
  • Connor Barth scored 5.00 points against a projected 7.61 and has now underachieved in every game this season.

What If

  • If Team 8 played Team 6 every week, they would be 2-1 this season.
  • Team 8 would've been undefeated if they played every team in the league this week.
  • If they played the same schedule as Team 6, Team 8 would be 0-2.
  • If Team 8 had played every team in the league each week, they would be 15-12.
  • Besides Team 8, Team 6 would have been defeated by six other teams this week.
  • And they say procrastination doesn't pay off! Had they played each other last week, Team 8 would have lost to Team 6 84.06 - 83.12.
  • Team 6 would be 2-0 if they played the same schedule as Team 8.
  • If they played every team every week, Team 6 would be 8-19.
