Toyota Roster Tune-up

  • It's okay to regret not taking a sick day to study the Toyota Hall of Fame's articles. But it's not okay to do it again.
  • Made a mistake in not starting the Minnesota Vikings Defense, which ranked 10th in the league in scoring and topped their scoring projection by 110.2%, the second-highest percentage in the league.
  • Missed out on an opportunity by leaving the 18.90 points scored by Rashad Jennings on the bench this week. He outperformed his projected point total by 93.1%, the seventh-highest percentage in the league.
  • Could've started Matthew Stafford, who underachieved, but still had more points than the starting QB with 11.12 against a projected 17.57.
  • A heated blanket would be a great gift for Jordan Matthews during this cold streak. He scored below his projection in three straight games after scoring 5.90 points against a projected 9.82 this week.

  • If Champ#24AKABroncos played Team 4 every week, they'd be 9-2 this year.
  • Besides Team 4, Champ#24AKABroncos would have defeated four other teams this week.
  • Had they played each other last week, Champ#24AKABroncos would have defeated Team 4 66.94 - 65.24.
  • Champ#24AKABroncos would be 4-5 if they played the same schedule as Team 4.
  • Champ#24AKABroncos would be 50-49 if they played every team every week.
  • Team 4 would have been beaten by every other team in the league this week.
  • If they played the same schedule as Champ#24AKABroncos, Team 4 would be 3-6.
  • If they played every team every week, Team 4 would be 19-80.

Game Notes

  • Team 4 had the league's lowest score of the week for the third time this season.
  • Champ#24AKABroncos underachieved for the eighth time this season, including the last three weeks in a row, scoring 76.90 points against a projected 80.89 this week.
  • Not going to name names, but some people here aren't pulling their weight. Forget it, Isaiah Crowell needs to step it up! He scored 2.30 points against a projected 10.46 in the win, and has now scored below his projection in three straight games.
  • Allen Hurns did little to help Champ#24AKABroncos, underperforming versus projections for the third straight game with 0.90 points against a projected 7.48.
  • Just because Robert Horry has seven NBA championship rings, doesn't mean he's one of the greats. Despite being on the winning team, the Cincinnati Bengals Defense scored 5.00 points against a projected 6.37 and has now underachieved in three straight games.
  • The Toyota Hall of Fame recommends Team 4 go on a WINNING streak, instead of a LOSING streak. That one word makes a surprising amount of difference.
  • Champ#24AKABroncos is now 3-1 in blowout games, including wins in their last three such contests.
  • Team 4 got the best total score from their WRs of any team this week with 32.60 points.
