• Terrance West (thigh) questionable for Sunday
Terrance West (thigh) is questionable for Week 3 against the Jaguars.

Advice: Michael Campanaro (ankle), Anthony Levine (chest), Chris Matthews (ankle) and Za'Darius Smith (ankle, knee) also drew the questionable tag while Maxx Williams (ankle) has been ruled out. West didn't practice on Wednesday and Thursday but returned to a full session on Friday and should be good to go for Sunday's game at Wembley Stadium. Buck Allen has out-touched him 40-29 through two games, though West has two touchdowns to Allen's one. Rotoworld.com 39 minutes ago

  • Jimmy Graham to be a game-time decision
Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Jimmy Graham (ankle) will be a game-time decision against the Titans in Week 3.

Advice: Graham is slated to practice on Friday after sitting out Wednesday and Thursday. "He really feels like he can do it, so we'll see," said Carroll. It's a dicey situation for fantasy owners with Seattle/Tennessee set to kick off at 4:05 ET on Sunday. Luke Willson and Nick Vannett would see more snaps if Graham can't get the green light. • Tyler Eifert officially ruled out for Week 3
Tyler Eifert (back, knee) has been ruled out for Week 3 against the Packers.

Advice: No surprise. It'll be C.J. Uzomah and Tyler Kroft at tight end for the Bengals. Eifert's lack of production and injury history is making him a hard player to keep in redraft leagues. He's by no means a must-hold at this point. Rotoworld.com Today, 9:14 am

Advice: Coach Mike McCarthy said Cobb and DL Mike Daniels will both get the "entire week" to get ready for Sunday. Both will go through pre-game warmup routines and a decision will be made after. Terrance West (thigh) returned to practice Friday.

Tavin Austin is in the league's concussion protocol.

  • Goff throws three TDs on 145.8 passer rating
Jared Goff completed 22-of-28 passes for 292 yards and three touchdowns in a 41-39 win over the 49ers in Week 3.

Advice: What a difference a year makes with his career-high 145.8 passer rating in this one. In fact, Goff's passing rating improvement from his lowly 63.6 in his rookie season to his second-year rating of 118.2 is on pace to be the largest increase since 1970 among players making the jump to their sophomore season. Last year, he was also dead last in yards per attempt among quarterbacks with at least 200 attempts, but his air yards have transformed his approach as a passer. Coach Sean McVay is probably a slight improvement from the guy last year. While he's done a great job shedding the bust label so far this season, Goff is still going to be a risky fantasy play in Dallas for Week 4. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:44 pm

  • Todd Gurley scores three times with 149 yards
Todd Gurley rushed 28 times for 113 yards and two rushing touchdowns and caught 5-of-7 targets for 36 yards and one receiving touchdown against the 49ers in Week 3.

Advice: This isn't that same old seven and nine stuff. Gurley's three TDs in the first half got him to six in the first 10 quarters of this season, which matched his entire total in 2016. His usage is headed to be among the league leaders and the Rams' sudden improvement on offense should lead to more scores. Coach Sean McVay blamed himself for Gurley's fumbling issues in Week 2 and talked about his own "uncharacteristic decisions" and "indecisiveness," so clearly he trusts his bell-cow back. Gurley looks like he will be an RB1 in his third season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:36 pm

  • Watkins in concussion protocol after 2nd TD
Sammy Watkins is in the concussion protocol following a win over the 49ers in Week 3, finishing with six catches, 106 yards and two touchdowns on his seven targets.

Advice: He was hit hard on his second touchdown, walked to the locker room under his own power, and the severity of the injury is not yet known, but let's focus on how marvelous he was before the injury for now. He scored his first touchdown as the primary read on a double slant from the one-yard line, and Watkins had one of the prettiest over-the-shoulder catches you'll ever see for a 47-yard completion earlier in the game. Coach Sean McVay talked about getting his key players in a better rhythm, so it would appear we won't see Watkins get 3.5 targets per game like he did in the first two outings this year. Hopefully, the extra days off before Week 4 will be enough for him to be ready for the Cowboys. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:32 pm

  • Robert Woods racks up 108 yards, six catches
Robert Woods caught 6-of-7 targets for 108 yards against the 49ers in Week 3.

Advice: He led the Rams receivers in snaps for the first two games and he was even out there in one-wide sets near the goal line tonight. As impressive as this line is after a one-catch Week 2, the Rams do look to be involving Sammy Watkins more and running the rock will be essential to their success, so Woods will have tough time matching this output most weeks. Unless Watkins does have a concussion and needs to miss time, Woods isn't really a great fantasy pickup after this one. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:24 pm

  • Cooper Kupp catches just two passes
Cooper Kupp caught 2-of-2 targets for 17 yards against the 49ers in Week 3.

Advice: He played 37 of the 65 snaps in this game, but this win was all about Todd Gurley and Sammy Watkins. Jared Goff going down the field more than anticipated has cooled the hype on the slot man, but NFL defenses could make an adjustment to help make the rookie as more of a security blanket. • Gerald Everett not targeted

  • Tavon Austin rushes three times
Tavon Austin rushed three times for 14 yards and wasn't targeted against the 49ers in Week 3.

Advice: Late in the fourth quarter, he needed to be evaluated for a concussion. The Rams have been lining him up out wide and they had him in the backfield because they only had two active backs. He almost scored on a jet sweep from 11 yards out, but he was tackled just shy of the goal line. This week, coach Sean McVay said Austin "has a lot more in him, just as a complete receiver," but he's still getting most of his looks as a gadget guy. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:11 pm

  • Brian Hoyer turns in a strong game in loss
Brian Hoyer completed 23-of-37 passes for 332 yards and two passing touchdowns with nine rushing yards and one rushing score in a 41-39 loss during Week 3 against the Rams.

Advice: It looked like he was in for a rough night with an interception on the first play that was nearly a pick six. Hoyer had three turnovers in the first two games and the 49ers didn't post any touchdowns in those two games, so there were some murmurs of C.J. Beathard pushing him sooner rather than later. • Carlos Hyde earns 28 touches, scores twice
Carlos Hyde rushed 25 times for 84 yards and two touchdowns against the Rams in a Week 3 loss, adding three catches for 10 yards.

Advice: He suffered a left hip injury in the first quarter and returned in the second quarter after some heat treatment. Hyde was able to score his first TD of the season with the 49ers running in four consecutive times on a goal-to-go situation, and his second TD came on another big fourth down in the fourth quarter. Additionally, coach Kyle Shanahan does appear to have plans of using Hyde as a pass catcher all season. Evan Engram (concussion) was limited at Wednesday's practice.

Advice: Engram was placed in the concussion protocol following Monday night's game against the Lions, though according to ESPN Giants reporter Jordan Raanan, it's just a precaution. His presence at practice suggests he'll be fine for Sunday's game at Philadelphia.Daily Slant: The Eagles appear to be a terrific matchup for TEs right now. Their starting safeties, Malcolm Jenkins and Rodney McLeod, have earned pass coverage grades of 46.8 and 40.1 from PFF, respectively, and McLeod is banged up. Every-down LBs Nigel Bradham and Jordan Hicks have scored 41.6 and 34.9 in coverage, respectively. TE Travis Kelce just worked this team for an 8/103/1 line on ten targets. • Eifert questionable with back, knee injuries
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Tyler Eifert is dealing with back and knee injuries which have put his Week 3 status in doubt.

Advice: Even through his dreadful start, Eifert owners could at least take solace in the oft-injured tight end's health, but that is no longer the case. Going up against a Packers defense which has shut down Jimmy Graham and Austin Hooper to open the season, Eifert will just be a touchdown dart throw even if he is active this week.Daily Slant: Across his career, Andy Dalton has averaged 21.85 fantasy points (255.89 yards, 1.76 touchdowns) with Eifert and 18.49 (226.6 yards, 1.35 touchdowns) without him, per RotoViz. Cooper Kupp snared three-of-six targets for 33 yards Sunday in the Rams’ Week 2 loss to the Redskins.

Advice: Kupp set up a Todd Gurley goal-line touchdown with a terrific catch in the second quarter. Unfortunately, he was also the intended receiver on Jared Goff’s game-ending interception. Kupp has seen some ups and downs over his first two NFL games, but remains one of the league’s better young slot receivers. Look for him to bounce back Thursday night in San Francisco. • Tavon Austin a non-factor in Week 2
Tavon Austin secured one-of-three targets for five yards while adding three yards on two carries Sunday in the Rams’ Week 2 loss to the Redskins.

Advice: Now buried on the depth chart behind better players such as Sammy Watkins and Cooper Kupp, Austin isn’t making much of a fantasy dent these days. The Rams’ expensive gadget player can be safely ignored in fantasy until further notice. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 5:52 pm

  • Todd Gurley rushes for most yards since 2015
Todd Gurley collected 88 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries while reeling in three-of-four targets for 48 yards and another touchdown Sunday in the Rams’ Week 2 loss to the Redskins.

Advice: He fumbled twice, but only lost one of them. Sunday represented Gurley’s highest rushing total since Week 14 of his rookie season in 2015. He bulldozed his way to a one-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter and scored again in the third on an 18-yard pass from Jared Goff. Gurley’s second touchdown was one for the ages as Gurley leaped over Bashaud Breeland before diving for the pylon. It probably won’t last, but Gurley is on pace for 832 receiving yards this year, which would be more than he posted in his previous two seasons combined. Pencil him in as an RB1 for Thursday night’s game in San Francisco. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 5:50 pm

  • Jared Goff ruins comeback bid with late INT
Jared Goff completed 15-of-25 passes for 224 yards with a touchdown and an interception while turning three carries into one yard Sunday in the Rams’ Week 2 loss to the Redskins.

Advice: He was sacked twice for a loss of 12 yards. As expected, the Redskins presented a much stiffer challenge than the depleted Colts roster Goff faced in Week 1. Goff seemed to click with rookie tight end Gerald Everett (three catches for 95 yards on three targets), though Everett ended up leaving the game with a thigh injury. Todd Gurley did most of the work on Goff’s touchdown pass while his interception ended the Rams’ comeback bid with 1:44 remaining. Goff has looked noticeably more confident this year working under new head coach Sean McVay, but Sunday proved that he’s still a work in progress. He won’t have much time to regroup with the Rams playing Thursday night in San Francisco. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 5:49 pm

  • Another game without a touchdown for Hoyer
Brian Hoyer completed 15-of-27 passes for 99 yards and an interception in the 49ers' Week 2 loss to the Seahawks.

Advice: Even with Carlos Hyde providing a quality rushing attack, Hoyer could not do anything against the Seahawks. He now has just 292 yards through two games while the offense has failed to find the end zone. He is highly unlikely to be demoted this week with a Thursday night game up next, but the 49ers should see what they have in C.J. Beathard at some point. Hoyer will at best be a back-end QB2 against the Rams. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 5:21 pm

  • Hyde explodes for 143 total yards in loss
Carlos Hyde rushed 15 times for 124 yards and caught 3-of-6 targets for 19 yards in the 49ers' Week 2 loss to the Seahawks.

Advice: Hyde was the offense on a day Brian Hoyer threw for just 99 yards. His 61-yard scamper -- the longest of his career -- set up the 49ers' first field goal while a 27 yarder set up the second. Even with those runs taken out of the equation, Hyde looked great against a tough defense, routinely bouncing off tacklers. Playing in an offense which has yet to score a touchdown, Hyde is averaging just over seven yards a carry so far this season. He should be treated as a low-end RB1 for Thursday night's matchup with the Rams. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 5:13 pm

  • Jimmy Graham catches one pass for one yard
Jimmy Graham caught 1-of-2 targets for one yard in the Seahawks' Week 2 win over the 49ers.

Advice: His other target was a drop early in the game where he took a big hit. He also briefly left with a knee injury after getting his leg rolled up from behind on a running play. Perhaps the injury had something to do with the performance, but Graham now has four catches for nine yards through two games. It may be time to find other options until Seattle works out their woes in the passing game. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 5:08 pm

  • Gruden: Rob Kelley may have fractured rib
Coach Jay Gruden said after Sunday's win over the Rams that Rob Kelley may have a fractured rib.

Advice: Kelley left Sunday's win in the first half and didn't return, so indications were that Kelley's injury could be serious. We will hopefully receive a rough timetable on how long he'll be sidelined by Monday, when Gruden speaks to reporters. Rookie Samaje Perine now looks like Washington's lead runner. Chris Thompson is going to end up leading the backfield in playing time and PPR points. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 4:52 pm

  • Gerald Everett bows out with thigh injury
Gerald Everett left Sunday's Week 2 game against the Redskins with a thigh injury and is questionable to return.

Advice: He hobbled off in the third quarter after making a nice catch over the middle. The second-round rookie nabbed three catches for a game-high 95 yards before exiting. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 3:37 pm

  • Terrance West plays only 16 snaps vs. Browns
Terrance West rushed eight times for 22 yards and a touchdown and caught 2-of-2 targets for 23 yards in the Ravens' Week 2 win over Cleveland.

Advice: West owners were very fortunate he scored because this was a highly concerning game for his forward-thinking fantasy value. Per PFF's Nate Jahnke, Buck Allen out-snapped West by a whopping 43-to-16 margin, and Allen out-touched West 19 to 10. Because Allen plays far more in the passing game, the loss of RG Marshal Yanda (ankle) is more likely to hurt interior runner West. West will be a shaky flex option for Week 3 against the Jaguars. • Rob Kelley leaves Week 2 with rib injury
Rob Kelley left Sunday's Week 2 game against the Rams with a rib injury and will not return.

Advice: Kelley went down midway through the second quarter but was able to walk off on his own power. He poured on 78 yards on 12 carries before exiting. Samaje Perine will take his place as the lead back with Chris Thompson playing his usual role on passing downs. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 2:37 pm

  • Wilson wants to get Jimmy Graham involved
When speaking about Jimmy Graham, Russell Wilson said the Seahawks "want to continue to find ways to get him the football."

Advice: "He’s super special, and he works extremely hard," Wilson added. Graham was a flop in Week 1 against the Packers with only eight yards on his seven targets. Coach Pete Carroll has also said that the Seahawks want to run the ball more against the 49ers and they should be playing with a lead for most of the game, but expect Graham to get plenty of targets to help the Seahawks take command of this one. He's a high-end TE1. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 9:08 pm

  • Tyler Eifert held to 3/42 versus Texans
Tyler Eifert caught 3-of-4 targets for 42 yards in the Bengals' Week 2 loss to the Texans.

Advice: Eifert appeared to have himself a 12-yard touchdown in the third quarter, but was instead called for illegal touching after going out of bounds and failing to re-establish himself before catching Andy Dalton's end zone pass. He was also shaken up on multiple occasions, but never announced with an injury. Eifert now has just four catches for 46 yards through the Bengals' first two games. With the Bengals' offense in disarray, Eifert will be a low-end TE1 for next week's trip to Green Bay. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 8:59 pm
