Fighting Chichiwawas defeat Toronto Argonauts for fourth straight win, 104.44-90.94
Fighting Chichiwawas extended their win streak to four games with a hard-fought victory over Toronto Argonauts, earning a 104.44-90.94 win. Fighting Chichiwawas earned an early 5.50-point lead on Thursday. Toronto Argonauts came back to take the lead early Sunday, powered by Tyreek Hill (30.5 points) and Ryan Tannehill (15.32). Not to be deterred, Fighting Chichiwawas got it going later that night, as Dak Prescott (21.94 points) and Brett Maher (6) put them back on top once and for all. Fighting Chichiwawas (6-4) will look to keep it rolling against Hilltoppers, while Toronto Argonauts (6-4) will face off against Football Giants in an effort to get back in the win column.
The Rams defense scored 22.3 points in a 17-12 loss to the Steelers to more-than-double their 9.5-point projection. They allowed 17 points, surrendered 273 yards, and forced 2 fumbles to beat their projection by the highest percentage of any player on Fighting Chichiwawas this week. Next week, the Rams will battle the Bears.
The Los Angeles Rams defense
Football is all about creating mismatches. Fueled by some monster yardage production from our running backs, our team really made that happen this week. Our backfield logged 68 more total yards than the RBs on Toronto Argonauts (200 yards from scrimmage to 132), and we wound up doubling up them at the position, 34.5 points to 15.2.
The problem this week is pretty easy to identify, Toronto Argonauts. Choosing to start David Johnson in a tough fantasy matchup... let's just put this behind us and move on?
