Blessed with a solid draft position (No. 4 overall), expectations were high for Kush Gordon. After drafting, however, those expectations disappeared instantly, as this team is on pace for a lackluster 9th-place finish in WHAT?! Radio Football - IX. Behind multiple Panthers in the early rounds (Christian McCaffrey and Curtis Samuel), Kush Gordon are predicted to post a record of 7-7 (1,587 points).
- Dion Lewis
Kush Gordon notched an outstanding late-round bargain with the pick of Lewis at No. 164, about three rounds later than his ADP of 129. Following a season in which he ran for 517 yards and 1 TD and caught 59 passes for 400 yards and 1 TD, totaling 102 fantasy points, Lewis is projected to score 125 fantasy points with the Titans. That makes him a valuable No. 3 RB for this squad.
- Curtis Samuel
Going out on a Limb
Are you friends with Denzel Washington? Because you must have had an "Inside Man" telling you to choose Samuel at No. 68, about 34 spots earlier than his ADP of 102. Projected to score 101 fantasy points this season with the Panthers, he will aim to perform similarly to last year when he hauled in 39 passes for 494 yards and 5 TDs in 13 games, posting 98 fantasy points. According to projections, Samuel will slot in as the No. 4 WR for Kush Gordon to begin the season.
With only three quarterbacks off the board, Kush Gordon saw a run coming and jumped in early, taking Matt Ryan in the 4th round. In the round that followed, four more quarterbacks were chosen.
Kush Gordon face a difficult challenge in Week 7 when they have four players on a bye (Christian McCaffrey, Cleveland, Curtis Samuel, and Ian Thomas). SchMoke's Goons, your Week 7 opponent, won't be quite as short-handed with only one player (Donte Moncrief) on a bye.
Kush Gordon have one of the least challenging schedules in the late stages in WHAT?! Radio Football - IX according to projections with a strength of schedule for the last four weeks ranked as the 3rd easiest. Despite that, for the season as a whole, Kush Gordon should expect a fairly balanced schedule that rates as the 11th toughest.
With an average of 4.6 years of NFL experience, ranking in the middle of the pack for the league, Kush Gordon are counting on veteran leadership to rein in youthful exuberance. They selected one rookie (Deebo Samuel). In total, there were 20 rookies selected over the course of the WHAT?! Radio Football - IX draft.

How We Grade
Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
