• Active for OTAs
Fotheringham (hamstring) has been active for the Raiders' OTA sessions.

Advice: Fotheringham suffered a hamstring injury in the team's Week 17 matchup with the Colts before signing a reserve/future contract with the Raiders in January. He now looks to be a full go ahead of the 2024 campaign after he appeared in two contests with Las Vegas last season, reeling in his only target for six yards while playing 21 offensive snaps. The 26-year-old will attempt to carve out a reserve role for himself behind Michael Mayer and Brock Bowers at tight end this year. Rotowire.com 7 minutes ago

  • Participating in OTAs
Remigio (wrist) has been an active participant at Kansas City's team OTAs, Matt McMullen of the team's official website reports.

Advice: Remigio spent the entirety of the 2023 campaign on Kansas City's reserve/injured list with a wrist injury, but he now appears to have fully recovered. The wide receiver has an uphill battle to make the team's active roster in 2024, competing with the likes of Montrell Washington, Cornell Powell and Phillip Brooks to do so. • Inks deal with Pittsburgh
Perine and the Steelers agreed on a one-year contract Thursday.

Advice: Perine was waived by Kansas City on Friday and it took less than a week for him to find a new home in Pittsburgh. The running back compiled 77 rushing yards on 22 carries while also recording three catches for 33 yards over five games with Kansas City in 2023. He'll likely operate as an extreme depth option for the Steelers behind Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren if he secures an active roster spot in 2024. Rotowire.com 42 minutes ago

  • Close to return
Dulcich (hamstring/foot) worked on a side field during Thursday's OTA session, Ryan McFadden of The Denver Post reports.

Advice: On the plus side, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com relays via coach Sean Payton that Dulcich is "close" to practicing and should be doing so "sooner than later." Dulcich, who was limited to just two regular-season appearances in 2023, is thus expected to be ready before training camp, per Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site. At that stage, the 2022 third-rounder will have an opportunity to claim a key role in Denver's passing offense, while operating in a TE corps that also includes Adam Trautmanand Lucas Krull. • Malik Cunningham makes switch to wide receiver
Ravens QB Malik Cunningham has switched to wide receiver.

Advice: According to Ravens team writer Ryan Mink, the Ravens listed Cunningham as a wide receiver on their roster. Mink also added that Cunningham made “several grabs” during Thursday’s OTAs. Cunningham went undrafted out of Louisville last season and split time at quarterback and receiver with the Patriots last season before being signed off the Patriots practice squad by the Ravens in December. It now appears Cunningham will make a permanent move to receiver for the Ravens, which may give him a better chance at sticking in the league. He’ll have a chance to earn a spot on the 53-man roster this offseason but is most likely to land on the practice squad as a developmental player. Rotoworld Today, 2:42 pm

  • Courtland Sutton absent from voluntary OTAs
Courtland Sutton has been absent from Broncos voluntary OTAs.

Advice: Head coach Sean Payton said he and the team are not concerned about Sutton, who is remaining away from the team as he waits out a new contract. The Broncos fielded trade offers for Sutton earlier this offseason but opted not to trade the disgruntled receiver, who is set to earn $17.825 million this season. Sutton caught 59 passes for 772 yards and 10 touchdowns in 16 games last season and hasn’t gone for more than 829 yards in any of his last four seasons. He will turn 29 in October and could be forced to play out the remainder of his contract for a team that’s still re-shaping various parts of its offense. Rotoworld Today, 2:21 pm

  • Not at OTAs
Coach Brian Daboll relayed Thursday that Waller remains absent from the Giants' OTAs, Pat Leonard of the Daily News reports.

Advice: Waller's absence isn't surprising given that he's considering retirement, but Daboll indicated that the Giants plan to give the 31-year-old tight end the time he needs to make a call on his plans for 2024."[We will] let Darren take what [time] he needs to take, and once the decision is made, we'll go from there," Daboll noted Thursday. If Waller elects not to play this season, Daniel Bellingerwould be the next man up in a TE corps that also currently includes Theo Johnson, Jack Stoll, Chris Manhertz, Lawrence Cager and Tyree Jackson. • Dulcich progressing through offseason rehab
Broncos HC Sean Payton told reporters he expects TE Greg Dulcich to return prior to training camp.

Advice: Hamstring and foot injuries ended Dulcich’s 2023 season prematurely but Payton told reporters "[Dulcich] is close [to returning],” per Denver Sports’ Andrew Mason. “His rehab has gone well” and Payton expects Dulcich to return prior to the team’s July training camp. The 2022 third-round pick has been plagued by recurring hamstring strains but the starting tight end job is his for the taking, if healthy. Rotoworld Today, 2:01 pm
