Advice: Kirkwood was brought aboard by the Ravens after having participated in minicamp on a tryout basis. In 13 games for the Saints during the 2023 regular season, the 29-year-old caught five of his nine targets for 37 yards and a TD. With the Ravens, Kirkwood will compete for a depth role in a wideout corps that also includes Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, Nelson Agholor, Devontez Walker, Tylan Wallace and Deonte Harty. Raiders team reporter Levi Edwards believes second-year WR Tre Tucker will be the starting slot receiver in three-wide receiver sets this season.

Advice: Tucker operated as a vertical slot receiver last year, ranking top-two in aDot (17.5), yards per reception (17.8) and deep-target rate (30.0 percent) among 17 rookie wide receivers with at least 75 slot receiving snaps. He caught 100.0 percent of his targets deemed catchable by PFF. The Raiders deep tight end group, featuring Michael Mayer and first-round rookie Brock Bowers, make for tough interior target competition but Tucker’s continuing offseason drum beat and defined role work in his favor. Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell said Jordan Addison has gotten stronger and more physical this year.

Advice: “Jordan Addison had as good of an offseason program as really you can ask for,” O’Connell told ESPN. "[He is] a guy that had a ton of success in Year 1. And really, from a standpoint of getting a little stronger, getting a little bit more comfortable playing through contact and still playing with that great burst and transition that he has, you saw some real growth there [this spring].” Coming off an impressive rookie campaign that includes 70 grabs, 911 yards, and ten touchdowns, Addison will once again slot in as Minnesota’s WR2 behind Justin Jefferson. Rams WR Puka Nacua is training alongside WR Cooper Kupp this offseason.

Advice: NFL.com’s Nick Shook reports that Nacua trained alongside Kupp this offseason. Rams wide receivers coach Eric Yarber said “He looks just like Cooper. He’s lost so much body fat and gained so muscle, which enabled him to move more efficiently now.” Nacua adjusted his diet and lost roughly 10 pounds, gaining better control of his body. Aiyuk and the 49ers had a meeting Monday that Tom Pelissero of NFL Network described as "good," and both sides are continuing to work toward a contract extension, Grant Gordon of NFL.com reports.

Advice: Aiyuk, who held out of mandatory minicamp earlier this month, requested a meeting with San Francisco roughly one week after posting a video in which he told Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels, whom he played with at Arizona State, that the 49ers "said they don't want me back," per Nick Wagoner of ESPN. It seems things have landed in a more amicable place following Monday's most recent meeting, though there still aren't any signs that an agreement on a new contract is immediately around the corner. As it stands, Aiyuk remains in line to play under the fifth-year option on his rookie contract for $14.12 million for 2025, but if that doesn't change by the start of training camp tensions could come to a head, especially if he continues to hold out. The 26-year-old is coming off back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving campaigns and has been one of the most efficient wide receivers in the league in Kyle Shanahan offenses.
