  • Henry (hamstring) to play Sunday, as expected
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Derrick Henry (hamstring) will play in Week 15 against the Texans.

Advice: Henry's absence from practice this week was reportedly a "maintenance thing" after the 25-year-old played a four-week low in snaps (37, 61%) in Tennessee's blowout victory over the Raiders. NFL Network's James Palmer adds the team will see how Henry feels in the morning, but there's "no pitch count planned." Dion Lewis is worthy of a bench stash ahead of Week 16 but offers minimal standalone value as long as the King himself is good to go. Henry checks in as RotoPat's RB2 on Sunday. • Albert Wilson clears concussion protocol
Dolphins WR Albert Wilson has cleared the concussion protocol and will play Sunday against the Giants.

Advice: Wilson and DeVante Parker are both good to go for Sunday. Ultimately, Wilson is behind Parker, Mike Gesicki and Allen Hurns in this passing game. He's not a realistic fantasy option in this great spot. Rotoworld.com Today, 3:32 pm

  • Parker, Wilson clear concussion protocol
Dolphins WR DeVante Parker cleared the concussion protocol and will suit up Sunday against the Giants.

Advice: Both Parker and Albert Wilson are good to go for Sunday. Parker is the PPR WR22 on the season and should be in starting lineups against the Giants' mediocre secondary. • Paul Richardson (hammy) placed on IR
Redskins placed WR Paul Richardson (hamstring) on injured reserve.

Advice: Richardson's best game of the season came in Week 3 when he caught 8-of-9 targets for 83 yards and a score against the Bears. He score one other touchdown the rest of the season while also failing to surpass 50 receiving yards in his other nine games. Coming off career-low marks in virtually every receiving metric, Richardson will likely need to impress in the offseason to warrant a featured role in 2020. Rotoworld.com Today, 1:14 pm

  • DET promotes RB Wes Hills from practice squad
Lions promoted RB Wes Hills from the practice squad.

Advice: It's a bad sign for Bo Scarbrough's (ribs) chances at suiting up Sunday against the Buccaneers. Hills doesn't have an NFL carry, but he has the size (6-foot-1 and 218-pounds) to potential earn early-down duties ahead of Ty Johnson and J.D. McKissic. None are recommended fantasy options against the Buccaneers' league-best defense in DVOA against the run. Only the 49ers and Patriots have allowed fewer PPR per game to opposing backfields. • Saints expect Cook (concussion) to play MNF
Coach Sean Payton said TE Jared Cook (concussion) is expected to suit up for the Saints' Monday night matchup against the Colts.

Advice: Cook practiced in full on Friday and wasn't listed on the team's final injury report. He caught both of his targets for 64 yards and a pair of touchdowns on just eight snaps in Week 14 before exiting the game. Cook has earned high-end TE1 treatment as Drew Brees' undisputed No. 3 pass-game option behind only Thomas and Alvin Kamara. Rotoworld.com Today, 12:08 pm

Bears placed TE Ben Braunecker (concussion) on injured reserve.

Advice: Braunecker is now the third Bears TE to land on the injured reserve, joining Trey Burton (calf) and Adam Shaheen (foot). Braunecker worked as the Bears' featured TE in Weeks 11 and 12, but he'll miss the remainder of the season. The Bears will move forward with J.P. • T.Y. Hilton (calf) game-time decision for MNF
Coach Frank Reich confirmed T.Y. Hilton (calf) is a game-time decision for the Colts' Monday night matchup against the Saints.

Advice: Hilton is a candidate to see shadow coverage from Marshon Lattimore if active. Further complicating matters is the team's decision to limit both his snaps and deep routes previously this season when the long-time No. 1 WR was attempting to again play through an injury. Reich did note, "Hilton got good work in, solid work. Might get there by Monday night. If he plays, he's 100 percent. Won't be a pitch count." Hilton also clarified that Saturday was a scheduled day off from practice and not related to a setback of any kind. It's difficult to trust Hilton as anything more than an upside WR3 at best due to the potential for limited snaps as well as his performance in 2019. Hilton has scored five touchdowns in seven games this season, but cleared 75 yards just once. Fantasy managers should look to Zach Pascal or Marcus Johnson as potential last-second waiver wire additions if Hilton is ultimately sidelined. Rotoworld.com Today, 11:15 am

  • Chris Hogan (knee) activated from IR
Panthers activated WR Chris Hogan (knee) from injured reserve.

Jordan Howard (shoulder) has been ruled out for Week 15 against the Redskins.

Advice: Howard hasn't played through his questionable tags the last few weeks. He's still not cleared for contact and isn't a lock to be in Week 16. Miles Sanders will continue to see the majority of touches in Howard's absence with Boston Scott mixing in. Rotoworld.com Today, 9:49 am

  • Agholor, Jordan Howard downgraded to out
The Eagles downgraded Nelson Agholor (knee) to out for Week 15 against the Redskins.

Advice: They also ruled out Jordan Howard (shoulder). Agholor was always a longshot after not practicing all week. The Eagles will be forced to go with JJ Arcega-Whiteside, Greg Ward and Robert Davis in three-wide sets. This would be more of a concern if the Redskins secondary wasn't so banged up. Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert should see the largest target shares with Agholor out. Rotoworld.com Today, 9:42 am

  • Kerryon Johnson setback-free, close to return
Kerryon Johnson (knee, IR) confirmed he's been setback-free since returning to practice.

Advice: Johnson has been practicing the last two weeks. He's drawn praise for his conditioning from coach Matt Patricia and is on track to be activated when first eligible in Week 16. The Lions don't have much reason to rush Johnson in a lost year, but they want to get him reps going into the offseason. • DeVante Parker lands four-year, $40M deal
Dolphins signed WR DeVante Parker to a four-year, $40 million extension.

Advice: Parker just signed a two-year extension in March. His new deal will keep him under team control through 2023. Parker (55/882/6) is on pace for career-highs across the board as Miami's No. 1 wideout since rookie Preston Williams went down. The $10 million AAV puts him in the Tyler Lockett and Tyrell Williams tier of receivers. It's a nice payday for a player that was perennially on the trade block under the Dolphins' old regime. Parker has never lacked for talent, but injuries and inconsistent play held him back his first four seasons. The Dolphins are obviously counting on the 2019 version of Parker going forward, though fully guaranteed salaries the next two years ($21.5M in total guarantees) makes this a risky investment for Miami. • Parker to sign 4-year extension worth $40M+
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports DeVante Parker and the Dolphins are finalizing a four-year extension worth $40 million.

Advice: The deal includes $21.5 million in guarantees with an $8 million signing bonus. Parker will be the Dolphins' No. 1 WR for years to come. The beastly 6-foot-3 and 216-pound WR has made a habit of securing tough contested catches all season, providing rare glimmers of hope during the Dolphins' otherwise lackluster season. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports the Dolphins and DeVante Parker are on verge of a contract extension through 2023.

Advice: Parker has caught 55-of-95 targets for 882 yards and a career-high six touchdowns this season, regularly making highlight-worthy catches downfield in tight coverage. Jared Cook (concussion) practiced in full on Friday.

Advice: Cook caught both of his targets for 64 yards and a pair of touchdowns on just eight snaps in Week 14 before exiting the game. He's earned high-end TE1 treatment if active as Drew Brees' undisputed No. 3 pass-game option behind only Michael Thomas and Alvin Kamara. Josh Hill has surpassed 50 receiving yards in just 3-of-100 regular season games and likely won't command the same volume as Cook if the Saints' starting TE is ultimately sidelined. • T.Y. Hilton (calf) limited again Friday
T.Y. Hilton (calf) was limited in practice again Friday.

Advice: Hilton appears to have a real shot of suiting up Monday night against the Saints. Jacoby Brissett has numerous games with fewer than 30 pass attempts this season. Still, he's thrown 40 and 36 passes over the last two weeks with the Colts struggling to slow down opposing passing games. This *should* again be the case in Week 15 against Drew Brees and company. • Jordan Howard (shoulder) listed questionable
Jordan Howard (shoulder) is questionable for the Eagles' Week 15 matchup against the Redskins.

Advice: Howard is tentatively expected to again be sidelined. Coach Doug Pederson featured Miles Sanders to the tune of an 85% snap rate or higher in Weeks 10-13. Previously, no RB had managed to surpass even 80% in a single game under Pederson since he took over in 2016. This changed during the Eagles' win over the Giants last Monday night. Sanders (56% snaps) still worked as the backfield's lead RB, but Boston Scott (44%) was plenty involved as well and demonstrated enough burst and talent to warrant more touches in the future. • Nelson Agholor (knee) questionable for Sunday
Nelson Agholor (knee) is questionable for the Eagles' Week 15 matchup against the Redskins.

Advice: Alshon Jeffery (foot, IR) is done for the season. Agholor (knee) is banged up and didn't suit up in Week 12 or Week 14. JJAW (hamstring) is also functioning at less than 100%, meaning we should expect to see plenty of two-TE sets from this offense. This offense is going to roll through Zach Ertz, Dallas Goedert, Miles Sanders and Boston Scott assuming Agholor and Jordan Howard (shoulder) are again sidelined. Don't get cute and attempt to play one of these under-qualified WRs in the fantasy playoffs. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 12:17 pm

  • Fuller (hamstring) officially questionable
Will Fuller (hamstring) is questionable for the Texans' Week 15 matchup against the Titans.

Advice: Kenny Stills would slide into the slot if Fuller is ultimately able to suit up this week. Deshaun Watson has kept the offense's TEs involved in the passing game all season, and he's even fed Duke Johnson 14 combined targets over the past two weeks. It's unlikely that either Stills or Fuller will see more than five-ish targets as long as they continue to be pigeon-holed as field-stretching WRs. Treat each as boom-or-bust WR3s in this plus spot. • Derrick Henry (hamstring) listed questionable
Derrick Henry (hamstring) is questionable for the Titans' Week 15 matchup against the Texans.

Advice: Both Henry and coach Mike Vrabel have already said he'll start against the Texans. Henry is playing at less than 100% due to a nagging hamstring injury. He still posted a fine-enough 60% snap rate in Week 14. Continue to treat the PPR RB5 as a locked-in RB1. Dion Lewis is worthy of a bench spot with Henry hurting, as the Titans have proven to be willing to feed their pint-sized backup in the past with 15 touches in seven games last season. • James Conner (shoulder) listed questionable
James Conner (shoulder) is questionable for the Steelers' Week 15 matchup against the Bills.

Advice: Conner is tentatively expected to return in Week 15. Still, it's tough to project Conner back into a full-time role considering the nature of his shoulder injury as well as the abundance of other RBs that the Steelers believe are capable replacements. The days of the Steelers handing a robust three-down role to whoever happens to be starting at RB are over. Treat Conner as an upside RB3 if active against a Bills Defense that has been superior against the pass (No. 5 in DVOA) compared to the run (No. 17). The rest of the team's complementary backs have too low of a volume floor to warrant fantasy consideration if Conner returns to action. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:47 am

Bears TE Ben Braunecker (concussion) is out for the team's Week 15 matchup against the Packers.

Advice: The Bears utilized a number of complementary options in Week 14 with Braunecker and Taylor Gabriel (concussion, out) sidelined. J.P. Holtz (52% snaps) and Bradley Sowell (3%) lost plenty of reps to the likes of Jesper Horsted (47%), Riley Ridley (40%) and Cordarrelle Patterson (15%). Advice: Wilson has worked as a distant complementary option in this passing game behind DeVante Parker (concussion, questionable), Allen Hurns and even TE Mike Gesicki. Advice: Parker is trending towards suiting up after practicing in full on Friday. Isaiah Ford (76% snaps in Week 14) and Mack Hollins (14%) would join Allen Hurns in three-WR sets if Parker and Albert Wilson (concussion, questionable) are ultimately sidelined. • Paul Richardson (hammy) ruled out for Sunday
Paul Richardson (hamstring) is out for the Redskins' Week 15 matchup against the Eagles.

Advice: Terry McLaurin is the only fantasy-viable option in this Redskins' passing game. McLaurin F1 found the end zone for the first time since Week 6 during the Redskins' 20-15 loss to the Packers in Week 14. Up next is an Eagles Defense that has allowed nine different WRs to surpass 100 yards this season. Treat McLaurin as an upside WR3 in this prime spot. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:23 am

Advice: Both Henry and coach Mike Vrabel have already said he'll start against the Texans. • Kerryon (knee) still on track for Week 16
Kyle Meinke of MLive.com said it "sure sounds like" Kerryon Johnson (knee) will return Week 16 against the Broncos.

Advice: That's when Johnson is first eligible to come off injured reserve. It's unclear if Johnson would be eased in initially or if he'd resume immediate workhorse status upon his return. The Lions have struggled to replace him, employing multiple starters in Kerryon's stead including Ty Johnson, J.D. McKissic and, most recently, practice-squad call-up Bo Scarbrough. Advice: This would obviously be a downgrade for Richardson, who got in limited sessions on both Wednesday and Thursday. Nelson Agholor (knee) remained sidelined at Friday's practice.

Advice: Still nursing a knee injury suffered last month, Agholor should be officially ruled out when Philadelphia releases its final injury report later today. The injury-depleted Eagles will roll out a starting receiving trio of JJ Arcega-Whiteside, Greg Ward and Robert Davis against Washington. Advice: As did teammate Albert Wilson. Both remain in the concussion protocol, though at least they're trending in the right direction for Sunday's game in East Rutherford. Eliot Shorr-Parks of 94 WIP reports there has been "no change" in Jordan Howard's status.

Advice: Still feeling the effects of a pinched nerve in his shoulder, Howard has yet to be cleared for contact and appears headed for his fourth straight absence. Even taking into account Boston Scott's increased usage Monday night, fantasy owners can safely return to the Miles Sanders well Sunday in Washington. Given all the Eagles' injuries at receiver (JJ Arcega-Whiteside, Greg Ward and Robert Davis are their projected starters), don't be surprised if Sanders pushes for 20-plus touches in a great matchup. Advice: "Just keep practicing and working on my timing and make sure everything feels good," was Fuller's response when asked what he needs to do to return against the Titans. Fuller seemed reasonably close to suiting up in Week 14. It's a reasonable bet he will be out there for this all-important divisional tilt. • Paul Richardson (hamstring) still limited
Paul Richardson (hamstring) remained limited at Thursday's practice.

Advice: Coming off consecutive absences, Richardson looks poised to return Sunday when the Redskins host division-rival Philadelphia at FedEx Field. With Washington leaning run-heavy under interim coach Bill Callahan (Dwayne Haskins' insertion into the lineup has shifted the balance even further in that direction), Richardson has largely been a non-factor, securing a combined 13 catches for 110 scoreless yards over his last seven appearances (15.7 yards per game). Advice: It's a good sign, but few, if any, teams are tighter lipped with injury information than the Saints. There is no way of knowing where Cook might be in the concussion protocol. The 32-year-old does have an extra day to get cleared for Week 15 with the Saints playing on Monday Night Football. Fantasy players can tentatively pencil Cook into their semifinals lineups. Advice: Wilson appears truly day to day as he tries to get cleared from last Sunday's head injury. Advice: This would typically be concerning, but both Henry and coach Mike Vrabel have already said he will start vs. the Texans. It's also possible he ends up getting slapped with a limited tag, anyways. The Titans are simply managing his reps. Nelson Agholor (knee) remained sidelined at Thursday's practice.

Advice: Barring a return Friday, Agholor appears headed for his third absence in four games. With Alshon Jeffery (foot) also shelved, the Eagles head into Week 15 extremely shorthanded on offense with JJ Arcega-Whiteside, Greg Ward and practice-squad call-up Robert Davis their only healthy bodies at wide receiver. That trio won't strike much fear into opposing defenses, though it may be enough to get by the lowly Redskins. Advice: Henry is playing at less than 100% due to a nagging hamstring injury. Regardless, he still posted a fine-enough 60% snap rate in Week 14. Continue to treat the PPR RB5 as a locked-in RB1. Dion Lewis is worthy of a bench spot with Henry hurting, as the Titans have proven to be willing to feed their pint-sized backup in the past with 15 touches in seven games last season. • Hilton (calf) to return to practice Thursday
T.Y. Hilton (calf) returned to a limited practice Thursday.

Advice: Parris Campbell (foot, IR) is done for the season, while Hilton (calf) is still considered week to week and is a strong candidate for limited snaps if active Sunday. Jacoby Brissett has numerous games with fewer than 30 pass attempts this season. Still, he's thrown 40 and 36 passes over the last two weeks with the Colts struggling to slow down opposing passing games. This *should* again be the case in Week 15 against Drew Brees and company. Treat Zach Pascal as an upside WR3 if Hilton remains sidelined, while the return of the Colts' No. 1 WR would lower the ceiling of the rest of the offense's pass catchers. • DeVante Parker remains in concussion protocol
DeVante Parker remains in the concussion protocol.

Advice: Parker was officially "limited" in Thursday's practice. Coach Brian Flores said Parker will be in the protocol at least "through the end of the week." He should be considered questionable for Sunday. Parker is the PPR WR22 on the season and should be in starting lineups if active against the Giants' mediocre secondary. Overall, each of Janoris Jenkins (No. 58), DeAndre Baker (No. 126), Grant Haley (No. 104) and Corey Ballentine (No. 130) rank outside of PFF's top-50 CBs this season. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 8:36 am

Panthers designated Chris Hogan (knee) for return from injured reserve.

  • Will Fuller (hamstring) limited on Wednesday
Will Fuller (hamstring) remained limited at Wednesday's practice.

Advice: Fuller was limited throughout the week and surprisingly ruled out prior to Houston's no-show against the Broncos. This matchup, however, is a must-win tilt against a divisional foe, laying greater odds for Fuller to inevitably suit up. Kenny Stills and Keke Coutee would be in line for additional reps if Fuller misses his second straight contest. He would be a boom-or-bust WR2 if healthy. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 1:54 pm

Nelson Agholor (knee) remained sidelined for Wednesday's practice.

Advice: Alshon Jeffery (foot) was also absent. With Agholor's status officially "up in the air," the Eagles are currently left with J.J. Arcega-Whiteside (hamstring) and AAF alumnus Greg Ward as their only healthy wideouts. In other words, expect the team to call up any of Marken Michel, Robert Davis, and/or Marcus Green from their practice squad mid-week. James Conner (shoulder) was a full participant for Wednesday's practice.

Advice: JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) also returned to practice for the first time since Pittsburgh's #HelmetGate fiasco against Cleveland. With Conner trending towards playing, fantasy players should downgrade fourth-round sloth Benny Snell altogether (even with Jaylen Samuels unlikely to suit up). • Derrick Henry (hamstring) sidelined Wednesday
Derrick Henry (hamstring) was sidelined for Wednesday's practice.

Advice: Coach Mike Vrabel said Henry's "maintenance plan" would keep him limited throughout the week, so the bruiser's absence from Wednesday's session isn't too concerning. Henry after all was limited leading up to Tennessee's blowout win over the Raiders before bulldozing his way to 18/103/2 ahead of Dion Lewis. At the very least, Lewis needs to be rostered everywhere to prep for any setbacks leading into Week 16. Henry will be a top-three option at his position if/when active against Houston. DeVante Parker (concussion) was at practice Wednesday in a no-contact jersey.

Advice: The same can be said for Albert Wilson after both wideouts were concussed Week 14 against the Jets. It's a good sign for both that they're on the field this early in the week, but their statuses for Week 15 against the Giants remain completely up in the air. Eagles coach Doug Pederson said Nelson Agholor's Week 15 status is "up in the air".

Advice: The Eagles are desperate for receivers right now, especially with Alshon Jeffery (foot) expected to miss the season. There's "no guarantee" Agholor plays this week, but he'd be the No. 1 receiver if his knee is cleared up. If he's out once again, Philly will have JJ Arcega-Whiteside, Greg Ward, and practice squad call ups for Week 15 against the Redskins. Advice: JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) is eyeing a return to practice, too. Tomlin added that he won't worry about workload distribution among Pittsburgh's running backs until Conner's cleared and Jaylen Samuels' (groin) status is determined. Conner would undoubtedly take back lead duties the moment he's available to jump back into game action. • Henry's maintenance to be 'same as last week'
Titans coach Mike Vrabel said the plan for Derrick Henry is "the exact same as it was last week."

Advice: "I would say the [maintenance plan] would be the exact same as it was last week," Vrabel said of Henry's practice schedule. "There’s a lot of things that guys manage to get to the game on Sunday and that is our job, and it is their job as a professional to be ready mentally with limited reps. If he can take more reps we’ll give him more reps." Henry of course was limited for every session and watched closely by Tennessee's medical staff heading into Sunday before plowing ahead for 18/103/2 on a five-week low in snaps (37, 60%). Advice: The Eagles recently cut WRs Jordan Matthews and Mack Hollins, leaving only Alshon Jeffery, JJ Arcega-Whiteside, and Greg Ward as the healthy wideouts. Backup QB Nate Sudfeld and CB Sidney Jones have been running routes at receiver in case of emergency. • Report: Nelson Agholor (knee) out for MNF
NBC Sports' Derrick Gunn reports Nelson Agholor (knee) won't suit up Monday night against the Giants.

Advice: Agholor's absence will likely result in the offense leaning on two-TE sets featuring Dallas Goedert and Zach Ertz. Look for Alshon Jeffery to be joined in three-WR sets by JJ Arcega-Whiteside along with Greg Ward when the Eagles do decide to feature the position. Only Jeffery is in play as a realistic fantasy option. He's played well against the Giants in recent contests, posting 4-56-0, 4-49-1, 8-74-2 and 3-39-0 lines in his last four games against the Eagles' NFC East rival. Rotoworld.com Monday, 2:37 pm

Advice: It's growing increasingly likely that we won't see Hilton again in 2019. He'd be a thin play even if he manages to return, as the Colts have already shown the willingness to give their No. 1 WR a limited role when playing hurt this season. • BOB won't commit to Fuller playing Week 15
Texans coach Bill O'Brien was noncommittal when asked of Will Fuller's availability for Week 15 against the Titans.

Advice: Fuller spent Week 14 as a spectator and it's unclear if he'll play through his hamstring injury Sunday when the Texans visit Tennessee. The 2016 first-rounder is one of the most explosive downfield weapons in football, though we rarely get to see him as injuries have limited Fuller to 10 or fewer games in each of his last three seasons. DeAndre Hopkins and Kenny Stills worked outside with Keke Coutee manning the slot in Week 14 and we'd expect Houston to use the same alignment if Fuller can't go against the Titans. • Henry has 103 yards, 2 TDs on tight hamstring
Derrick Henry rushed 18 times for 103 yards and two touchdowns in the Titans' Week 14 win over the Raiders.

Advice: This is the typical November/December stat line for Henry, who now has a four-game streak of 100+ yards with a touchdown. What made today's feat extra impressive was the fact that he did so at less than 100% percent health. Henry was clearly slowed by a hamstring injury, one that sent him to the bench earlier than normal. It's an injury that must be monitored heading into Week 15. If he gets in full practices before the Texans' game, Henry will be a locked-in RB1. Dion Lewis would be in the streamer mix if Henry has a setback. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 4:22 pm

  • Albert Wilson leaves game with concussion
Albert Wilson was forced from the Dolphins' Week 14 game against the Jets with a concussion and is week to week.

Advice: With DeVante Parker already out with a concussion of his own, Wilson could have been ticketed for big second half targets. Instead, he departs with just one grab for five yards. It's the latest dismal development in a lost season for the YAC threat. If Wilson can get cleared for Week 15, it will be for a plus matchup with the Giants, but matchups don't matter for Wilson. • DeVante Parker done for day with concussion
DeVante Parker was forced from Sunday's game against the Jets with a concussion and will not return.

Advice: Parker slammed his head on the turf following a second quarter reception. He was visibly woozy as he struggled to his feet. He had just two grabs for 28 yards before going down, while this will snap his streak of 50-yard games at seven. Without Parker, the Dolphins have laughably little talent at receiver. Advice: Cook caught both of his first-quarter targets for 38- and 26-yard touchdowns, but Cook took a shot to the head from CB Ahkello Witherspoon on the second touchdown. Advice: Conner will attempt to return from a three-game absence when the Steelers host Buffalo next Sunday night, though it's anyone's guess how long he'll last playing through a shoulder injury that could eventually necessitate surgery. It's unclear if he'd return to a featured role or if the Steelers would limit Conner's exposure by employing him in a committee with Benny Snell and Jaylen Samuels. Advice: Kenny Stills will presumably shift back into Houston's starting lineup as a usage-based WR3/4 opposite DeAndre Hopkins. Friendly reminder Stills played on 93 percent of the Texans' offensive snaps in his past three games without Fuller, averaging a hefty 5.3 targets per game. • Titans haven't talked extension with Henry
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Titans have not had extension talks with Derrick Henry.

Advice: The Titans do not generally negotiate with players in season, though it's surprising they haven't at least broached the subject with Henry, who has arguably been their best player in 2019. Due to their high burnout rate and risk of injury, teams are usually reluctant to pay big money for workhorse backs and those who have taken the plunge have mostly regretted it. With that said, there should be a strong market for Henry, the NFL's third-leading rusher behind only Christian McCaffrey and league-leader Nick Chubb. Advice: Slowed by a hamstring injury that first popped up in mid-October, the field-stretching 25-year-old is headed for his fourth absence of 2019. The setback continues a frustrating trend for Fuller, who has rarely been healthy throughout his four-year career. Advice: Howard has been limited in practice the last two weeks but still isn't cleared for contact. Benny Snell is hammering away on early downs in Conner's absence, with Jaylen Samuels continuing in his change-of-pace role. Third-round rookie Benny Snell has been featured on 65 percent of Pittsburgh's carries without Conner the past two weeks, but that role would obviously diminish if the latter's cleared. • T.Y. (calf) uncertain he'll be back this year
T.Y. Hilton (calf) was unsure when or if he'll return this season.

Advice: "I’m doing everything I can to get back out there," Hilton told media Wednesday. "If I can, I can. Hilton returned to practice last Wednesday for the first time since initially injuring his calf on October 30 and immediately had a setback, causing coach Frank Reich to label him as "week-to-week." The Colts remain "hopeful" their stud wideout will play again this year, but all signs point to Hilton struggling to take the field over the team's final four games. • T.Y. Hilton (calf) doesn't practice Wednesday
T.Y. Hilton (calf) is not practicing Wednesday.

Advice: Hilton had a setback last week in practice and has been injured pretty much since the calendar flipped to October. He's unlikely to ever be 100% again this season. Zach Pascal will benefit in a major way against the Bucs if Hilton sits out. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 9:14 am
