Hangovers hand DominationStation third consecutive loss, 118.70-109.40
Hangovers secured a 118.70-109.40 win to hand DominationStation their third consecutive loss. Hangovers jumped out to a 45.7-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind 44.8 points from DeAndre Hopkins (12 Rush Yds, 120 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Calvin Ridley (5 Rec, 76 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and never looked back. Raheem Mostert (69 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 40 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Derrick Henry (103 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs) did their part for DominationStation in the loss. This marks the second time this season Hangovers have knocked off DominationStation, after winning 156.2-116.75 in their last matchup. Hangovers will look to not lose that winning feeling in next week's semifinal round, while DominationStation attempt to bounce back and finish the season with a win in the 5th Place game.
There were players with standout moments on both teams early Sunday, but it was Hangovers who emerged with the lead, 98.00-52.30. For Hangovers, DeAndre Hopkins had a 43-yard touchdown catch. Raheem Mostert made the highlight reel for DominationStation with a 35-yard touchdown catch.
Hunter Henry had a 30-yard touchdown catch for DominationStation, who trailed 113.70-88.10 after the late afternoon round of games.
Golladay (6 Rec, 58 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) scored 17.8 points in a 20-7 lost to the Vikings in Week 14. He scored 41.6% more than his 12.57-point projection and overachieved for the eighth time this season. Golladay ranks #36 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Buccaneers next week.
Putting together a starting crew that tallied 118.7 points this past week... we consider that to be a job well done.
Unless DominationStation wants to go full diva-mode, then "not getting enough opportunities" is not a viable excuse this week. Our five pass-catchers (four WR and one TE) were targeted a grand total of 21 times in Week 14. Those players should spend extra practice time working with their QBs, considering they hauled in only eight receptions.
