• Team-high rushing tally Sunday
Allgeier rushed nine times for 40 yards and wasn't targeted in the Falcons' 29-25 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Advice: Allgeier's yardage total paced the Falcons' ground attack on a day when the Buccaneers' run defense mostly clamped down on him and backfield mate Bijan Robinson. Allgeier also went without a target for the third straight game, his longest such stretch this season. Allgeier was encouragingly only one rush attempt behind Robinson's tally, but the timeshare scenario on Atlanta' backfield lowers the former's fantasy ceiling more because of his lack of a consistent pass-catching role. • Stymied in Week 14 loss
Swift rushed 11 times for 39 yards in the Eagles' 33-13 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday night.

Advice: The game script began to turn away from the Eagles' ground game fairly early, as the Cowboys owned a 10-0 lead after one quarter and a 24-6 advantage by halftime. That helped lead to one of Swift's lower rush-attempt totals of the season, and despite the sizable deficit Philadelphia operated with most of the game, Swift was also shut out of the passing game altogether for the first time in his Eagles tenure, making it a disappointing all-around night. The fourth-year pro will aim to bounce back in a Week 15 road matchup against the Seahawks on Monday night, Dec. 18. Rotowire.com 54 minutes ago

  • Ties personal best in receptions
Pollard rushed 16 times for 59 yards and caught seven of eight targets for 37 yards in Sunday's 33-13 win over the Eagles.

Advice: Pollard was stymied on the ground against a tough Philadelphia defensive front, but his contributions as a receiver helped him approach the century mark in total yards. The starter ceded a short score on one of backup Rico Dowdle's 12 carries Sunday. Had Pollard been gifted the one-yard touchdown in the second quarter instead, he would have increased his modest streak of games with 60 rushing yards and a touchdown to four instead of missing both marks. Pollard did eclipse 1,000 combined yards from scrimmage with Sunday's showing, a feat he has accomplished for three years running. Dallas' feature back will face the Bills, who have surrendered 110.9 rushing yards per game this season, on the road next Sunday. Rotowire.com Today, 9:50 pm

  • Rico Dowdle forces split backfield in Week 14 win
Rico Dowdle rushed 12 times for 46 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys’ Week 14 win over the Eagles, adding six yards on his lone reception.

Advice: Dowdle mixed in with lead back Tony Pollard throughout, meaning the increased usage was likely by design and not a function of the positive game environment. Furthering that notion was the timing of his touchdown plunge, which came with six minutes remaining in the second quarter. In other words, Dowdle appears to have forced a strict timeshare with Pollard for the time being and could prove useful as a fantasy asset for managers needing an RB3 with RB2 upside. • Pollard surges for 96 yards against tough opponent
Tony Pollard rushed 16 times for 59 yards in the Cowboys’ Week 14 win over the Eagles, adding 37 yards on seven receptions.

Advice: The 24 opportunities undoubtedly helped to buoy his box score numbers while he managed just 4.17 yards per touch. Even so, the yardage and touch totals were a welcome sight to fantasy managers that have struggled through his roller coaster performances this season as we head into the fantasy playoffs. Up next for Pollard and the Cowboys is a trip to Buffalo to take on the surging Bills in Week 15. Rotoworld Today, 9:10 pm

  • 11 touches for D’Andre Swift in blowout loss
D’Andre Swift rushed 11 times for 39 yards in the Eagles’ Week 14 loss to the Cowboys.

Advice: It was quite the disappearing act for Philadelphia’s lead back, who was held without a target and handled 11 of the 18 running back opportunities on the night. Trailing 24-6 at half did not help his chances of remaining involved in the second half, but fantasy managers banking on his consistent RB2 production were left to pick up the pieces in the last week before fantasy playoffs. Swift could find more room to run and is likely to be more heavily involved in the pass game against a Seahawks defense allowing the sixth most fantasy points per game to opposing backfields this season. • Finds end zone against Buffalo
McKinnon carried the ball four times for 19 yards and a touchdown and caught all three of his targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Bills.

Advice: With Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) sidelined, Clyde Edwards-Helaire got the start at running back for Kansas City and saw 13 touches, but it was McKinnon who got into the end zone on a seven-yard run in the second quarter. It's the veteran RB's first score on the ground in almost exactly a year, although he's caught three TD passes in 2023. If Pacheco isn't ready to return in Week 15 against the Patriots, McKinnon and Edwards-Helaire figure to split snaps again. Rotowire.com Today, 8:43 pm

  • Modest numbers in Sunday's start
Edwards-Helaire carried the ball 11 times for 39 yards and caught two of four targets for 29 yards in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Bills.

Advice: Getting the start in place of the injured Isiah Pacheco (shoulder), Edwards-Helaire didn't find much success on the ground -- his longest carry went for only seven yards -- but he did turn a pass from Patrick Mahomes into a 20-yard gain in the fourth quarter, helping to set up a field goal that tied the game at 17-17. Pacheco isn't expected to need an IR stint, but if he's unavailable in Week 15, Edwards-Helaire could see an elevated workload again versus the Patriots. Rotowire.com Today, 8:39 pm

  • Finds way back to end zone
Hunt rushed the ball 10 times for 27 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-27 win over the Jaguars.

Advice: Hunt continued to split the backfield evenly with Jerome Ford, though he was the far less efficient back. Nevertheless, he continues to maintain the goal-line role in the Cleveland offense, as he managed a four-yard trip to the end zone to highlight his performance against the Jaguars. Hunt now has seven touchdowns on the season, all of which have come in the Browns' last nine games. Rotowire.com Today, 8:23 pm
