• A-Rich will be ā€˜full goā€™ for training camp
The Colts said Anthony Richardson will be a ā€œfull goā€ entering training camp despite a sore shoulder that was bothering him earlier this offseason.

Advice: Colts GM Chris Ballard said the team is not concerned about Richardsonā€™s shoulder, which flared up earlier this month. Richardson underwent season-ending shoulder surgery to repair an AC joint sprain suffered in Week 5 and has been working his way back to the field ever since. When he wasnā€™t injured, Richardson flashed top-five fantasy upside as a rookie, thanks in part to his abilities as a rusher. Playing in Shane Steichenā€™s run-heavy attack, weā€™d expect Richardson to flash similar upside if he can stay healthy this season. The fact heā€™s expected to be a full-go in camp is a good sign, but his shoulder will remain something to monitor throughout the summer. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:37 pm

  • To be full-go for training camp
General manager Chris Ballard said Monday in an appearance on The GM Shuffle podcast that Richardson will "be full-go" for training camp, Nick Shook of NFL.com reports.

Advice: Richardson had rest days mixed into his on-field work during OTAs and mandatory minicamp as a result of shoulder soreness, but those bouts of fatigue don't seem to have represented an actual setback. Instead, it looks like the Colts are simply trying to take a cautious approach with Richardson as he recovers from October surgery on his right throwing shoulder. By the time training camp kicks off in late July, Richardson remains on track to be full strength, but if he's still having to take days off at that time it could represent more cause for concern. At full health, Richardson's combination of arm strength, 6-foot-4, 244-pound size, and 4.43 40 speed provide him with a tremendous fantasy ceiling, especially with rookie second-rounder Adonai Mitchell joining Michael Pittman, Josh Downs and Alec Pierce. • Lands four-year extension
Stevenson has agreed to a four-year extension with the Patriots, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Advice: Per Schefter, Stevenson's deal is for $36 million, of which $17 million is reportedly guaranteed. The move to extend the 2021 fourth-rounder beyond his current pact solidifies the Patriots backfield ahead of Jerod Mayo's first season as head coach, and with the team transitioning at the QB position, look for Stevenson and fellow RB Antonio Gibson to be key drivers of New England's offense in 2024. Over the course of 12 regular-season games last season, Stevenson logged 156 carries for 619 yards and four touchdowns to go along with 38 catches for 238 yards on 51 targets. As training camp approaches, the 26-year-old has moved past the ankle issue that cost him time down the stretch in 2023, with Stevenson's new contract terms reflecting his continued status as his team's lead back. • Stevenson gets $36M extension from Patriots
Patriots signed RB Rhamondre Stevenson to a four-year, $36 million contract extension.

Advice: Stevenson said earlier this month that he thought he and the Patriots were ā€œpretty closeā€ to an extension. Now, the 26-year-old back is under contract through the 2028 season and set to lead the Patriotsā€™ backfield under a new regime for the foreseeable future. Stevenson has rushed for 2,265 yards and 14 touchdowns in his three seasons with the team, adding another 121 catches for 782 yards and one touchdown. He averaged a career-worst 4.4 yards per touch last season, but the team is hoping for a much-improved offense with Mac Jones now gone and offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt taking over. Stevenson could be challenged by Antonio Gibson for third-down touches this season but still profiles as an RB2 in PPR leagues. The Patriots are giving Stevenson $17 million in fully guaranteed money on this deal, which also includes an $8 million signing bonus and $12 million worth of incentives. Rotoworld Thursday, 12:17 pm
