• Seemingly has minor injury
Hall was spotted working in the rehab area during practice Wednesday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Hall's presence with the rehab group suggests he picked up some kind of minor injury during a previous OTA session or workout. Any absences from team drills could free up first-team reps for Israel Abanikanda, Braelon Allen or Isaiah Davis, with recent signing Tarik Cohen potentially an option for third downs and two-minute drills. • The Texans and Nico Collins reach new deal
The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reports the Texans have re-signed Nico Collins to a three-year, $72 million deal.

Advice: Collins’ breakout 2023 campaign (80-1,297-8) has paid off as he’s now contractually set as the Texans’ WR1. Even with Diggs being traded to the Texans, this comes as no surprise as Collins is the younger (and home grown) talent. Collins should be considered in the second round in all one-quarterback, redraft fantasy leagues. Rotoworld Tuesday, 2:18 pm

  • Inks three-year extension
Collins agreed to terms Tuesday on a three-year, $72.75 million contract extension, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Advice: Collins is coming off a breakout 2023 season in which he piled up a 80-1,297-8 receiving line on 109 targets (15 games), and even with Stefon Diggs in town on a one-year deal, Collins represents the future for Houston's wide receiver corps, as does second-year pro Tank Dell. While the addition of Diggs crowds the Texans' target distribution, as does the presence of capable pass-catching options like Joe Mixon in the backfield and tight end Dalton Schultz, this significant monetary commitment to Collins provides a bit of extra incentive for offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik to allow Collins and C.J. Stroud to feature the chemistry they demonstrated last season. If Stroud and the Texans can build off 2023 and hit the ground running, Collins should find himself as a frontman in one of the league's elite passing offenses. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 1:54 pm

  • Richardson says he won’t change playing style
Anthony Richardson said he won’t change the way he plays in 2024.

Advice: Richardson described his season-ending 2023 shoulder injury as unlucky. “I don’t think there’s any way I could’ve avoided what happened to me. Just a regular, routine tackle,” Richardson said. “I tried to brace myself for the fall and my shoulder just did what it did. … People see me, I’m a big quarterback, so they always think, ‘He wants to run the ball. He wants to be physical, and that is what’s going to get him hurt.’ That’s not the case.” Colts head coach Shane Steichen said Richardson has been “pretty smooth” during OTAs. Richardson has been seen throwing the ball more than 60 yards in Colts OTAs following a careful rehab of the surgically-repaired AC joint injury that sidelined him for most of his rookie campaign. He had 23 rushes over three full games before going down in Week 5 against Houston, scoring four times on the ground.

  • Takes part in 11-on-11 drills
Richardson (shoulder) returned to full-squad workouts at OTAs this week and has been throwing in 11-on-11 drills, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.

Advice: Richardson, who turned 22 years old Wednesday, reportedly showed no signs of still being hampered by the right shoulder injury that ended his rookie campaign after just four games. While the Colts won't don full pads at practice until training camp, Richardson looks to be operating without restrictions at this point. The second-year quarterback said the shoulder he had surgery on feels "a little achy," but that the plan is for him to practice in full unless soreness crops up. Barring any serious setbacks, the ultra-athletic Richardson will be a popular breakout candidate for 2024 fantasy drafts. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 2:58 pm
