  • Tyler Higbee (elbow) sidelined on Wednesday
Tyler Higbee (elbow) did not practice on Wednesday.

Advice: Higbee played 72 percent of the team's snaps in Week 11. His absence could simply be due to the Rams being on a short week after playing on Monday. If Higbee does miss time, Gerald Everett would see an increase in receiving work and Johnny Mundt would play more inline snaps. Rotoworld.com Today, 7:53 pm

  • Philip Rivers out Wednesday with a toe injury
Philip Rivers (toe) was held out of Wednesday's practice.

Advice: If you watched Sunday's game against the Packers, you noticed Rivers limping heavily along the sideline. He was able to finish the game and help the Colts overcome a significant second half deficit. We have seen Rivers consistently play through injuries throughout his career, so expect him on the field in Week 12 against the Titans. Rotoworld.com Today, 7:37 pm

  • A.J. Brown draws DNP Wednesday due to knee injury
A.J. Brown missed Wednesday's practice with a knee injury.

Advice: This is becoming routine for Brown after returning from injury in Week 5. The last time Brown faced this Colts team he caught just one pass for 21 yards on four targets. That will need to drastically change in order for the Titans to win on Sunday. Rotoworld.com Today, 7:31 pm

Alvin Kamara (foot) practiced on a limited basis on Wednesday.

Advice: This is becoming routine for Kamara, who either opens the week of practice on the sideline or with a limited session. Kamara always ends up playing that weekend. The only note this time is that Latavius Murray did handle 14 touches in Week 11. Rotoworld.com Today, 7:17 pm

  • Ankle injury sidelines Hayden Hurst Wednesday
Hayden Hurst did not practice on Wednesday due to an ankle injury.

Advice: Hurst did not record a catch in Sunday's loss to the Saints and faces another stiff matchup against the Raiders, who have only allowed one top 10 scoring week at the position to a player not named Travis Kelce. If Hurst cannot play, Jaeden Graham likely fills in as the receiving option with Luke Stocker operating more as a blocker. Rotoworld.com Today, 6:46 pm

  • Todd Gurley (knee) did not practice Wednesday
Todd Gurley did not practice on Wednesday due to a knee injury.

Advice: We know all about Gurley's history of knee injuries, so hopefully this is just a rest day after playing in 10 games this season. However, Brian Hill did play 26 snaps on Sunday in comparison to Gurley's 23. Gurley has not cleared 63 rushing yards in five games and a very large portion of his fantasy production is reliant on finding the endzone. Rotoworld.com Today, 5:56 pm

  • D.J. Chark sidelined Wednesday with ribs issue
D.J. Chark did not practice on Wednesday with a ribs injury.

Advice: This is a new one. Chark caught 4-of-8 targets from Jake Luton last Sunday for 41 yards. The Jaguars spent this week sending players to injured reserve, mostly on the defensive side of the ball, so it would not be shocking to see a few offensive players join them. We already expect the passing offense to struggle with Mike Glennon in control, but if Chark misses any time then Jacksonville will be in dire straits outside of running the ball with James Robinson. Nick Foles (hip) was held out of Wednesday's practice.

Advice: It is too early to know if Foles or Mitchell Trubisky will start on Sunday Night Football against the Packers. The Bears were on a bye last week, so it is not a good sign that Foles missed the first practice ahead of Week 12 after seven days off. Rotoworld.com Today, 4:55 pm

Tua Tagovailoa was limited for Wednesday's practice with a thumb injury.

Advice: As you all know, Brian Flores benched Tua for performance reasons and not for injury, despite mentioning a foot ailment and now landing on the injury report with the thumb issue. • Jerry Jeudy (ankle, Achilles') limited Wednesday
Jerry Jeudy (ankle, Achilles') was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Advice: Jeudy was on the injury report with an ankle issue last week and played through it, posting a measly 3-37 line on eight targets against the Dolphins. He'll be a WR2/3 for Week 12 against the Saints, assuming he plays. Rotoworld.com Today, 1:58 pm

  • Julio Jones (hamstring) gets in limited practice
Julio Jones (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Advice: It's a good sign for Julio's Week 12 status that he starts his week off with a limited session. Jones was hobbled through the second half of Week 11 against the Saints and has battled hammy issues seemingly all year. But if he plays, Jones is a cinch WR1 against Vegas' secondary. Advice: This is the first anyone's hearing of a Bernard concussion, so perhaps it's a new issue that popped up Wednesday, similar to the D'Andre Swift situation last week. Bernard now has four days to progress through the league's strenuous protocols. If he can't play in Week 12, Samaje Perine is next man up followed by Trayveon Williams. • Higbee catches four passes in MNF win over Bucs
Tyler Higbee caught all four of his targets for 19 yards in the Rams' Week 11 win over the Bucs.

Advice: Higbee has seen 14 targets to Gerald Everett's 17 over the last three weeks since Higbee returned from injury. It would be a lot easier if we could combine both players into one, but instead they split snaps and render each other useless as back-end TE2 plays in fantasy. Rotoworld.com Monday, 9:20 pm

  • Julio (hamstring) could be a game-time decision
Falcons coach Raheem Morris said Julio Jones (hamstring) could be a game-time decision if need be for Week 12 against the Raiders.

Advice: He mustered only 22 snaps on Sunday after suffering his injury in the first quarter. Jones returned to make a 22-yard catch on 4th-and-13 in garbage time but was removed from the game shortly thereafter with a noticeable limp. We've seen Morris hold Jones out of practice until Friday and still remove him from the injury report, so Atlanta's Friday practice will ultimately tell fantasy players whether Jones will be available on Sunday. Reminder that Matt Ryan was previously the QB27, QB23, and QB26 in three games that Jones was either absent or limited for earlier this year. Rotoworld.com Monday, 12:21 pm

  • 'Too soon' to know if Foles or Trubisky will start
Bears coach Matt Nagy said the team is still evaluating the statuses of both Nick Foles (hip, glute) and Mitchell Trubisky (shoulder) for Week 12 against the Packers.

Advice: Some choice. Nagy also said a quarterback change is "still on the table." Foles was carted off in Chicago's putrid showing on offense against the Vikings last Monday night but the team is apparently still holding out hope he'll turn around for another primetime game on Sunday. Trubisky, still considered week-to-week, meanwhile hasn't been active with a shoulder injury the past two games. Tyler Bray replaced Foles in the fourth quarter of Week 11, launching four incompletions into the sidelines, but would be the fallback option if neither Foles or Trubisky can go. • Hurst doesn't record a catch in Week 11 loss
Hayden Hurst didn't record a catch in Atlanta's Week 11 loss to New Orleans.

Advice: He had two targets but went down with the ship as Matt Ryan was under pressure on 51% of his dropbacks and lost Julio Jones (hamstring) for a majority of the game in the first quarter. Hurst gets a cush matchup against Las Vegas' secondary in Week 12 but can be avoided altogether if Jones misses any time. Reminder Ryan previously finished as the QB23, QB26, and QB27 as Atlanta's offense faltered in three games with Julio out/limited earlier this year. Rotoworld.com Monday, 7:40 am

  • Gurley a non-factor in blowout loss to Saints
Todd Gurley rushed eight times for 26 yards in Atlanta's Week 11 loss to New Orleans.

Advice: The Saints haven't allowed a 100-yard performance since Samaje Perine accomplished as much in 2017, so Gurley's stats aren't surprising. The real takeaway is that the veteran was out-snapped 26-23 by backup Brian Hill for the first time all year. Both can be avoided if Julio Jones (hamstring) misses time moving forward. Otherwise Gurley would be in line for a bounce-back against Las Vegas' front-seven, which has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs, in Week 12. • Tua remains starter after Week 11 benching
Tua Tagovailoa will remain the Dolphins' starting quarterback after being benched in Week 11.

Advice: Head coach Brian Flores pulled no punches in explaining why he yanked Tua for Ryan Fitzpatrick in the fourth quarter. But Flores was clear there would be no wholesale changes to the team's QB spot in Week 12. Fitzpatrick after the team's loss to Denver said there would be "no controversy. This is his team. He's going to lead this team and continue to lead the team." The rookie completed 11-of-20 passes for 83 yards and one touchdown while taking six sacks against the Broncos. Tua has a fantastic Week 12 bounce back spot: he gets a Jets' defense that can't stop anyone.  Rotoworld.com Monday, 5:50 am

  • Calvin Ridley sees 9 targets, finishes with 90 yds
Calvin Ridley caught 5-of-9 targets for 90 yards in Atlanta's Week 11 loss to New Orleans.

Advice: Ridley's 90 receiving yards were a team-high mark as Julio Jones (hamstring) exited in the first quarter and wasn't seen again until the final seven minutes of regulation. Ridley opened the game with a 46-yard gain over the top of Janoris Jenkins but was practically unheard from again as the Saints' defense lived behind the line of scrimmage and sacked Matt Ryan eight times. Ridley previously averaged 11.5 targets per game and a 30.6% target share in his two starts without Jones this year and would remain a strong usage-based WR1 no matter what happens to Ryan and Atlanta's offense if Jones were to miss any time. Jerry Jeudy caught 3-of-8 targets for 37 yards in the Broncos' Week 11 win over the Dolphins.

Advice: Jeudy has 40 targets over the last four weeks but has just one touchdown and one 100-yard game to show for it with Drew Lock's inefficient arm throwing him the ball. Jeudy's sheer volume keeps him a weekly WR2 ahead of a Week 12 date with the Saints. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 4:56 pm

  • Rivers finally catches a break late in a game
Philip Rivers completed 24-of-36 passes for 288 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception in the Colts' Week 11 win over the Packers.

Advice: After nearly two decades of finding every way imaginable to lose a close game late, Rivers caught a break after Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling fumbled in overtime, setting up an easy game-winning field goal for Indy. Rivers was playing on a gimpy lower leg in the second half of the game but now has the weapons to sustain drives. The Colts haven't been consistent on the whole but find themselves at 7-3 with six games to go. Rivers should continue posting QB2 numbers in fantasy. The Titans' banged up defense is up next. • Tua yanked in Q4 with just 83 yards vs. Broncos
Tua Tagovailoa was benched in the fourth quarter of the Dolphins' Week 11 game against the Broncos after completing 11-of-20 passes for 83 yards and one touchdown.

Advice: With the 6-3 Dolphins trailing the 3-6 Broncos 20-10 with about 10 minutes to play, Tagovailoa was yanked from the game in favor of Ryan Fitzpatrick. Tua was horrendous and did nothing of note outside of a three-yard touchdown pass to DeVante Parker on Miami's opening drive of the game following a Drew Lock interception that set the Dolphins up in prime field position. The rookie did appear to possibly twist his ankle on his final play, but he remained on the sideline as Fitzpatrick took over and didn't have any trainers around him. Tagovailoa is 3-0 after three career starts, but it hasn't been because of him. This offense has been painful to watch with him under center. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 3:34 pm

  • Gio Bernard has just 13 touches in Week 11 loss
Gio Bernard rushed nine times for 18 yards in the Bengals' Week 11 loss to Washington, adding four receptions for 37 yards.

Advice: Bernard, seemingly bothered with some sort of upper body injury, rotated with Samaje Perine more than usual. Bernard's rushing opportunity was squelched by negative game script and he wasn't involved in the passing attack in the second half. As long as Joe Mixon is out with his foot injury, Bernard should be an RB2 option in PPR formats. Perine should be rostered in larger 12-team leagues and all 14-team leagues.  Rotoworld.com Sunday, 3:05 pm

  • Kamara records first career start without a catch
Alvin Kamara rushed 13 times for 45 yards and one score, failing to record a catch for the first time in his career in Week 11 against the Falcons.

Advice: Kamara had previously recorded at least one catch in all 54 of his appearances with the Saints. Taysom Hill's presence tanked that trend as he targeted Kamara for a failed screen pass just one time on Sunday. Michael Thomas (9/104) meanwhile was revived with a 52.1% target share from Hill. Kamara still fortunately scored for his managers, punching in a three-yard touchdown run following Emmanuel Sanders' 45-yard gain to move the Saints inside the red zone, but the former's target share will be the talking point coming out of this one. Kamara should still be entrusted as a matchup-proof top-three option until further notice. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 2:36 pm

  • Mark Andrews has best game of season with 5/96/1
Mark Andrews caught 5-of-7 targets for 96 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens' Week 11 loss to the Titans.

Advice: It was Andrews' best game of the season. The under-performing seam stretcher has emerged as something of a bright spot over the Ravens' past two losses, catching 12 balls for 157 yards and his sixth touchdown. Today's score was a 31-yarder where Lamar Jackson dropped a dime in the bucket near the goal line. Of course, Jackson also missed Andrews on a potential red zone score earlier in the proceedings. Jackson is leaving a ton of yardage on the field, but the gains he actually makes have typically been going to Andrews. He will be a top-three option for Thursday's Thanksgiving showdown with the Steelers.  Rotoworld.com Sunday, 2:20 pm

  • A.J. Brown goes 4/62/1 with TD of the year nominee
A.J. Brown caught 4-of-7 targets for 62 yards and a touchdown in the Titans' Week 11 win over the Ravens.

Advice: The modest target and production totals left a little something to be desired. Brown's 14-yard fourth quarter touchdown did not, as he obliterated multiple tackle attempts on his way to the end zone. That is not anything new for the Titans' second-year pro, but this was his new signature score. The 6-foot-1 wideout simply will not go down. The Titans need to continue to work on finding ways to get the ball in his hands. Brown has yet to have a double-digit target effort this season, and has zero rushing attempts. He will remain on the WR1/2 borderline for Week 12's tough matchup with the Colts, who held Brown to 1/21 in Week 10.   Rotoworld.com Sunday, 1:31 pm

  • Chark stays quiet vs. Steelers stout defense
D.J. Chark caught 4-of-8 targets for 41 yards in the Jaguars' Week 11 loss to the Steelers.

Advice: Chark led the Jaguars in targets and no other receiver saw more than five targets. That's the only positive takeaway from Chark's Week 11 outing. As long as Gardner Minshew (thumb) is out of the lineup, every piece of this offense is going to struggle. The receivers will be most affected but Minshew could be available for Week 12. With Luton throwing four interceptions, Minshew will almost certainly be back under center once healthy. Fantasy managers should view Chark as a WR3 until that day comes. • Julio suffers tight hamstring, doesn't start 3Q
Julio Jones' (hamstring) hamstring tightened in Week 11 against the Falcons.

Advice: Jones hauled in his only target for a 17-yard catch before limping off with a tight hamstring in the first quarter. He tried to come back in but instead walked off into the team's medical tent and failed to return. Matt Ryan was previously the QB27, QB23, and QB26 in three games that Jones was either absent or limited for earlier this year and can't be trusted if the latter misses any amount of time moving forward. Advice: Sweet relief. Calvin Ridley (foot) will play in Week 11 against the Saints.

Advice: Ridley doesn't have an injury designation on the team's final practice report -- he looks like a full go against the Saints. Ridley's return puts something of a damper on Julio Jones' target share, though both should be treated as set-it-and-forget-it WR1s in a game with the week's fourth highest over-under (50.5).  Rotoworld.com Friday, 11:15 am

  • DeAndre Hopkins limited to 5/51 in Week 11 loss
DeAndre Hopkins caught 5-of-8 targets for 51 yards in the Cardinals' Week 11 loss to the Seahawks.

Advice: It was a hugely disappointing effort against the league's worst pass defense, especially since Kyler Murray mystifyingly locked onto Larry Fitzgerald in crunch time. Murray's arm strength didn't seem quite all there after getting his shoulder wracked early, but that doesn't explain his inability to find his No. 1 wideout. Hopkins has bookended his 7/127/1 "Hail Murray" Week 10 with 30- and 51-yard efforts. Now the Patriots' J.C. Jackson and Stephon Gilmore (if he's healthy) are on tap for Week 12. • Nick Foles didn't sustain hip fracture Monday
Bears QB Nick Foles didn't sustain a hip fracture Monday night against the Vikings.

Advice: Foles was carted off in the waning moments of the game after being slammed to the ground -- an inglorious end to an inglorious night for the Bears QB. The injury apparently wasn't as serious as it appeared. Foles is expected to avoid injured reserve. Head coach Matt Nagy said the team would evaluate Foles through their Week 11 bye. Tyler Bray, an eighth-year NFL veteran who had thrown one regular season pass in his career entering Monday night against Minnesota, could be in line to start Week 12 if Foles and Mitch Trubisky (shoulder) are inactive. Every Bears player outside Allen Robinson is a borderline fantasy play for the remainder of the season.  Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 6:17 am

  • Nick Foles suffers leg/hip injury in Week 10 loss
Nick Foles completed 15-of-26 passes for 106 yards and an interception before being carted off the field with a leg/hip injury in the Bears' Week 10 loss to the Vikings.

Advice: Bears coach Matt Nagy stated that he believes Foles will be ready to play after the Bears' Week 11 bye but couldn't be certain. He also added that Foles was in a lot of pain. Mitchell Trubisky was inactive on Monday night due to a shoulder injury so Tyler Bray came in and completed one of his five pass attempts on the final Chicago drive. Foles was inaccurate and missed the mark on multiple throws versus Minnesota but losing him would still be a downgrade for the entire offense. Allen Robinson struggled early in the year with Trubisky under center and Bray did not look ready for NFL action in his brief stint on Monday night. Rotoworld.com Nov 16, 9:29 pm

  • Foles gets carted off in final minute vs. Vikings
Nick Foles was carted off the field in the final minute of the Bears' Week 10 loss the Bears.

Advice: Foles was hit hard on a near-sack and stayed on the ground for a few minutes before the cart came out for him. Tyler Bray entered the game for him with Mitchell Trubisky inactive this week. He completed one of his five passes on the Bears' final drive.  Rotoworld.com Nov 16, 8:05 pm

  • Mark Andrews posts season highs in Week 10
Mark Andrews caught 7-of-9 targets for 61 yards in Week 10 against the Patriots.

Advice: Both the yards and catches were season highs for Andrews. He still hasn't scored since Week 5, but this was a step forward. With Nick Boyle leaving with a knee injury, Andrews is likely going to have a larger snap share than the 60% he averaged moving forward. Rotoworld.com Nov 15, 9:17 pm

  • Tyler Higbee has 60-yard game versus Seahawks
Tyler Higbee caught 3-of-6 targets for 60 yards in the Rams' Week 10 win over the Seahawks.

Advice: It was one of Higbee's best games of the year, and it should've been bigger. Jared Goff just missed Higbee for what could have been a long touchdown grab, but the ball was barely out of reach and ultimately went incomplete. Higbee continues to rotate with Gerald Everett (3 targets), who did need some trainer assistance late in the Week 10 game. If Everett's ailment proves to be minor, Higbee will remain on the low-end TE2 radar. Rotoworld.com Nov 15, 5:33 pm

  • Giovani Bernard held to 12 touches for 47 yards
Giovani Bernard rushed eight times for 30 yards in the Bengals' Week 10 loss to the Steelers, adding four receptions for 17 yards.

Advice: Bernard actually got out-gained 55-47 by Samaje Perine, handling the rock just four more times than his journeyman backup. Nearly half of Perine's handles came deep into garbage time, but with game flow negative from the jump, Bernard never had a chance to stack up touches. He also did nothing to help the Bengals to sustain drives, with Joe Burrow and company turning in a horrid performance on third downs. The Bengals badly need Joe Mixon (foot) back, but he didn't seem all that close to playing this week. Bernard will remain the clear-cut starter if Mixon again sits for Week 11 vs. Washington, but he will be a touch-based RB2 instead of plug-and-play RB1.  Rotoworld.com Nov 15, 5:10 pm

  • Alvin Kamara scores thrice in Week 10 win
Alvin Kamara rushed eight times for 15 yards and two touchdowns in the Saints' Week 10 win against the 49ers, adding seven catches for 83 yards and a touchdown.

Advice: Kamara again paced the team in targets and dominated red zone touches with and without Drew Brees in the lineup. It was a nice bounce back from his down game in Week 9 against the Bucs. Kamara and the Saints capitalized on Niners' turnovers deep on their own end of the field, quickly cashing in the turnovers for touchdowns. The surest thing in fantasy football, Kamara takes on the Falcons in Week 11.  Rotoworld.com Nov 15, 4:51 pm

  • Jeudy leads Denver with 68 receiving yards in loss
Jerry Jeudy caught 4-of-8 targets for 68 receiving yards in the Broncos' Week 10 loss to the Raiders.

Advice: Jeudy may have led Denver in receiving yards by KJ Hamler actually saw more targets than him, with 10 looks from Lock. He had nearly 200 receiving yards in his previous two games combined but this type of line may become the norm for Jeudy. Lock has been an erratic passer for most of his NFL career but two accurate games helped propel Jeudy to solid outings. If Jeudy has to compete with Noah Fant (seven targets) and Hamler in the pecking order, it's going to be difficult for him to consistently post usable fantasy weeks. He projects as a WR3 in a difficult matchup versus the Dolphins next week. Rotoworld.com Nov 15, 4:48 pm

  • Hopkins hauls in game-winning Hail Murray vs Bills
DeAndre Hopkins caught 7-of-12 targets for 127 yards and one score — the game-winning 43-yard reception between three defenders — in Arizona's Week 10 win over the Bills.

Advice: This league. With :10 seconds remaining and the Cardinals trailing 30-26, Kyler Murray was forced to his left, set his feet while falling backwards, and launched a 43-yard Hail Mary that Hopkins leaped for and ultimately came down with between the murderers' row of Tre'Davious White, Jordan Poyer, and Micah Hyde. It was not only Nuk's fourth touchdown of the season but the one that moved the Cardinals into sole possession of the NFC West ahead of Thursday night's head-to-head showdown against Seattle on a national stage. Hopkins has now seen at least seven targets in 8-of-9 games with Murray, pacing for 156 at season's end. He'll remain an elite option for that one. Rotoworld.com Nov 15, 4:31 pm

  • Tua Tagovailoa wins third straight game
Tua Tagovailoa completed 15-of-25 passes for 169 yards and two touchdowns in Week 10 against the Chargers.

Advice: He ended up with negative rushing yards after kneeling out the game. Tagovailoa remained undefeated as the Dolphins' starter, though Miami hid him behind a run-heavy gamescript in this one, rushing it 32 times.  There should have been at least two interceptions for Tua that the Chargers dropped. It's also the second time in three starts he failed to clear 200 yards. Still, this was another step forward for Tua, who was playing without Preston Williams. • Chark sees five targets from Luton in Week 10 loss
D.J. Chark caught 4-of-5 targets for 56 yards in Jacksonville's Week 10 loss to the Packers.

Advice: Chark missed a handful of practices mid-week, so perhaps that's why he failed to make an impact. Jake Luton looked Chark's way on Jacksonville's first play from scrimmage but only targeted him four more times throughout the afternoon — a disheartening result since the offense was short Laviska Shenault (hamstring) on Sunday. Chark's final line can also be attributed to Luton's poor play (169 yards, 4.8 YPA) under center. Fantasy players will have no choice but to downgrade Chark in an impossible matchup in Week 11 against the Steelers. Rotoworld.com Nov 15, 2:58 pm

  • Jerry Jeudy (shoulder) expected to play vs Raiders
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy (shoulder, questionable) is expected to play in Week 10 against the Raiders.

Advice: Broncos coach Vic Fangio said earlier in the week that he "expects" Jeudy to play so Rapoport's report just affirms Fangio's statement. Jeudy didn't log a full practice but Fangio's optimism indicates that shouldn't be limited versus Las Vegas. Coming off career-highs in every receiving category (7/125/1), Jeeudy has solidified himself as a WR2 and can be comfortably started in all leagues. Rotoworld.com Nov 15, 5:12 am
