THIS IS ONLY GOING TO BE A 12 TEAM LEAGUE. THE LEAGUE IS SET-UP TO ALLOW 18 TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE BUT ONLY THE FIRST 12 TEAMS TO PAY ARE IN. ONCE WE HAVE 12 PAID TEAMS ANY REMAINING TEAMS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LEAGUE AND THE LEAGUE WILL BE FINALIZED.

League will fill so get your payments in right away if you plan on playing in this league. This league has been running for multiple years so most teams are returning managers. Some play in multiple leagues of mine also. There are usually a couple spots open in each league but get your payments in quick to reserve your spot. PAYOUTS WILL BE MADE – I run multiple leagues in multiple fantasy sports every year. I always have returning managers and payouts are ALWAYS made. The easiest way for me to prove to you that payouts will be made is for you to ask the other managers in the league if I payout at the end of the year. There are always returning managers in my leagues so you should have no problem getting a response from some of them.

PAYOUTS -
Weekly Highman - $75 (Weeks 1 thru 14. Weekly payout to the team with the highest total score for the week. Since I am running this league through LeagueSafe the payouts for this will be made at the end of the year)

Regular Season Champion - $150 (best overall record for weeks 1 thru 14. Total points do not matter unless there is a tie then the team with the highest total points wins)

3rd - $300

(This is a total of a $3,300 payout. I keep my buy-in fees for running the league and tracking down managers for the league. Tracking down the managers and keeping the league up to date takes a lot of my time.

TRADE RULES - There are many opinions on trades and if there should even be vetos allowed. The majority of responses to that question is vetos should only be allowed if there is collusion involved. The issue with that is there really is no way to know if there is collusion happening. Plus in our league none of us really know each other (even though I played with a majority of you for years) so its very possible it could happen. There are other opinions out there regardless of collusion if you think the trade is really bad it should be vetoed. The issue with that is how do you decide a trade is bad. A trade that one person thinks is bad another could think is good. One person could think that in that same trade one team is getting the better end and another person could think the opposite. The point is its all opinions. There is no way to clearly determine if a trade is good or bad. Most importantly none of us have a crystal ball so we don’t know what is going to happen anyway. My opinion is try to use your best judgement if you are going to veto a trade and only veto a trade if you think its so lopsided its unfair to the league and/or its really collusion.

In saying all that I am creating a new process for trades if they are vetoed. Main reason is to make sure we are getting a fair look at trades as it only takes 4 teams to veto trade. This gets especially tricky when there is a trade veto because teams tend to get upset when their trade is vetoed and then they start vetoing everyone elses trades. Im hoping this new process will prevent that. So basically if a trade is vetoed I will conduct another trade review manually. I will ask the league to send in their vote for the same trade (this will be done through email). For the veto to be approved 6 teams will have to veto the trade. This will be a 3 day process to give everyone time to send in a vote. If the trade is not vetoed the second time I will manually swap the players on the teams that were involved in the trade. There will also be not pushing trades through because you really want a trade for a certain week. Trades will only go through if the system veto isnt triggered or after you wait for the manual process to be completed.

DROPPED PLAYER RULE - We had a situation or two before where teams were dropping good players they shouldnt at the end of the year. In one case a manger wasnt even in the playoffs. Dropped players form teams out of the playoffs will not be allowed and will be reversed if this situation does happen. If there are other questionable drops at the end of the year from teams in the playoffs, **THE COMMISH HAS FULL CONTROL TO HANDLE THOSE DROPS AS HE SEES FIT***. No discussion after the decision is made. Decisions will be made on a situation by situation basis
