In a not-so-surprising turn of events, Dutch's Powerhouse crushed Sledgehammers with a score of 110.00 to 97.00. The victory was sealed on Monday, leaving Sledgehammers with no hope for a comeback. Despite their D+ grade, Sledgehammers managed to put up a fight, but it just wasn't enough to take down the mighty Dutch's Powerhouse.
Sledgehammers's best player of the week was Evan Engram, who exceeded expectations with a whopping 32.00 points. Meanwhile, Justin Jefferson disappointed with only 4.00 points, falling far short of their projected 17.79 points. On the other side, Dutch's Powerhouse's star player was Raheem Mostert, who outperformed their projection of 12.03 points with a solid 22.00 points. However, Patrick Mahomes couldn't quite live up to their 38.08 point projection, ending the week with only 23.00 points.
With this win, Dutch's Powerhouse improves their record to 9-5-0, solidifying their spot at 2nd place in the standings. On the other hand, Sledgehammers's record drops to 6-8-0, leaving them in 10th place. It's safe to say that Dutch's Powerhouse is having a much better season than Sledgehammers, but will they be able to maintain their dominance in the playoffs?
Looking ahead, Sledgehammers will face off against Cowboy Chip in the consolation quarterfinals. While their playoff hopes have been dashed, Sledgehammers still has a chance to end their season on a high note. As for Dutch's Powerhouse, they have a bye week in the quarterfinals, giving them some much-needed rest before the next round. With their strong performance this week, Dutch's Powerhouse should use this time to strategize and prepare for the tough matchups that lie ahead.
