In a stunning display of dominance, Miami Dolphins secured a resounding victory over Chicago Bears in Week 17. Miami Dolphins, with an impressive A+ grade, scored a whopping 239.94 points, leaving Chicago Bears in the dust with their meager 186.80 points. It seems like Miami Dolphins was determined to end the season on a high note, while Chicago Bears's D+ grade just couldn't measure up.
Miami Dolphins's star player, Lamar Jackson, truly outshone the rest, surpassing their projected score by a staggering 23.85 points and racking up an impressive 46.34 points. Meanwhile, Chicago Bears's best player, DJ Moore, managed to beat their projection by a respectable 14.69 points, earning 30.90 points. Unfortunately, Chicago Bears's worst player, Cole Kmet, fell short of their projection by a disappointing 8.99 points, scoring a big fat zero.
With this win, Miami Dolphins solidifies their standing in fifth place with an 8-6-0 record. Chicago Bears, on the other hand, ends the season in sixth place with a 10-4-0 record. It seems like Chicago Bears's impressive record couldn't save them from the wrath of Miami Dolphins. Perhaps Miami Dolphins's A+ grade was just too much for Chicago Bears's D+ grade to handle.
As the season comes to a close, both Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins will have to hang up their jerseys until next year. While there are no upcoming matchups for either team, they can reflect on their performance this week. Miami Dolphins can bask in the glory of their dominating victory, while Chicago Bears may want to reevaluate their strategy for next season. With a D+ grade, Chicago Bears will need to step up their game if they want to compete with the top teams in the league.
