In a lackluster matchup, Denver Broncos managed to squeak out a victory against Seattle Seahawks in Week 11 of the Vintage Football League. Taking the lead on Sunday night, Denver Broncos secured the win with a score of 29.00, outperforming their projection of 24.12. With a grade of B+, Denver Broncos proved that even average can be enough to come out on top.
Denver Broncos's best player of the week was Wil Lutz, who surpassed their projection of 7.12 and scored a solid 15.00 points. On the other hand, Javonte Williams was a major disappointment, failing to meet their projection of 4.48 and ending the game with a big fat zero. Talk about a letdown.
With this win, Denver Broncos improved their record to 5-6-0, while Seattle Seahawks dropped to 6-5-0. Denver Broncos currently sits at 10th place in the standings, while Seattle Seahawks is hanging on at 6th place. Looks like both teams still have some work to do if they want to make a playoff run. Maybe they should consider a name change to Denver Broncos-Not-So-Great and Seattle Seahawks-Just-Okay.
Looking ahead to next week, Denver Broncos will be facing off against Chicago Bears. If they want to keep their momentum going, Denver Broncos should try to replicate the success of Wil Lutz and avoid any more duds like Javonte Williams. As for Seattle Seahawks, they will be taking on Phi Eagles (TS). It's time for Seattle Seahawks to step up their game and prove that they're more than just a mediocre team with lackluster performances.
