In a Thanksgiving feast of fantasy football, Dallas Texans stuffed Murphy with a score of 136.74 to 49.50. The win was so convincing, it was already decided on Thursday! With Murphy earning a disappointing D- grade, it's clear they were too busy preparing the turkey to focus on their lineup.
Murphy's best player, Cade Otton, managed to surpass their projection by a whopping 1.64 points, scoring a massive 8.50 points. Unfortunately, Joshua Dobbs couldn't muster up the same Thanksgiving magic, falling short of their projection by 11.47 points with a disappointing 4.50 points. On the other side, Dallas Texans's star player, Dak Prescott, devoured their projection, outscoring it by 12.57 points with an impressive 32.24 points. However, CeeDee Lamb couldn't quite gobble up enough points, falling short of their projection by 2.08 points with 17.30 points.
With this victory, Dallas Texans improved their record to 5-7-0, while Murphy continued to struggle with a dismal 2-10-0 record. Dallas Texans's A+ grade and standing at 9th place in the league standings show that they have plenty to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Meanwhile, Murphy finds themselves at the bottom of the standings, desperately needing some holiday magic to turn their season around.
Looking ahead, Dallas Texans will face off against Tiger Town next week. After this dominant performance, Dallas Texans should keep riding the gravy train and aim for another victory. As for Murphy, they will be facing Hurts so good. They'll need to shake off the tryptophan-induced haze and make some serious lineup changes if they want to avoid another turkey of a performance.
